Man them whoppers was hitting on something no lie the service is A1. The restaurant is clean I got my food quickly an everything was fresh. Everybody on staff was laughing smiling a making sure tht everybody that left had some of there smiles and laughs too.

The nice, courteous drive-thru cashier that I usually encounter was not present 10/31/25. I had to repeat my order twice. She repeated it back to me, told me I had to pull up to wait for my order. And I still didn't get what I ordered. 😒 I asked for double bacon and received sausage. 😑 Of course I was 😤 when I discovered this after biting into it at work. And it was too late to drive back, so I had sausage.
On a previous lunch visit, I sat at the speaker after being told to hold then watched as another person's order at the next speaker began to be taken. So I drove on around. The guy apologized for forgetting me and took my order.

I was so mad when I cashed in all my crowns I had left for a double whopper that they didn't put the cheese on, the meat tasted steamed and the lettuce was the yellow chunky pieces that taste like shish shish shame on them up until then..they always made really good fresh hot food! The customer service is always great, in fact, many times I had to wait for my food and they would always put extra things in my bag ! But that all changed for some reason, someone in there is cooking poorly and that is bad! I haven't been back sense! It was a complete turn off to Burger King food!

I came in and ordered my food the cashier name was Desirea and she was amazing I had a problem with my food my cheese bites was cold in the middle she cooked and gave me a new set of cheese bites my sauce and it was overall something I never experienced at Burger King on North avenue so my review goes to her for her great customer service 👍😆
