The store hiring manager left the employees with no truck no whoopers, no bacon, or frys and to deal with angry customers. Then they messed up on my order after having no bacon the cook is arguing with customer and managers stating they put every things on the maple BBQ whopper except the whopper bc they didnt have it so it was the small patties, bacon, however what the cook gave us was 2 whopper jr and a double cheese burger not what we asked for and was arguing instead of correcting and learning. As years of management experience this is unacceptable for any fast food. As manger we know we can barrow from other stores if needed, we also work together as a team not leave our team hanging. And we definitely dont keep those who are disrespectful and not willing to lear or fix the mistake as part of the team. Some needs to come in to all the bk location on mooreland Ave and cleaveland Ave and clean the store out from general manager on down and start over!

It's right on my way to work and never has a line so I've been in that drive-thru more than I would like to and I have never not once gotten what I ordered or got food that was hot. Ladies at the drive-thru are very nice. They just aren't expecting customers to come and I don't think anyone told them they're supposed to cook food and give people what they asked for.

I’m not sure what’s happening but this location really doesn’t care. I order is correct on the screen, I get my order and go to check and I’m told it’s right. I get home and it’s the complete opposite of what I ordered. Smdh

With only one person in line at the drive-thru before me I waited at the window for 15 minutes for my food. When we got it everything was cold and the lettuce was rotted. Asked for Frings and there was one onion ring in it. Don't go to this location

Stopped here cuz my daughter was gonna have a bathroom accident. For some reason they lock the bathrooms, which is weird at a restaurant.
The lady at the counter told me with some attitude that I had to wait until she was done taking everyone’s order in line.
I don’t know why you would lock a restaurant bathroom but I at least know not to stop here for food ever.

They were very down to earth with great customer service. Not like most fast food restaurant workers. Food was good and hot, store was clean. Only issue I had was the men bathroom was out of order. The tall lady manager told me I could use the women bathroom but I didn't want to do that. But over all good experience. I definitely would visit again

All I wanted was a milkshake! It was my first time at this location and ive been on bed rest and this was supposed to be the highlight of my day and I got the most rudest service from the cashier it was two older women at the window that were the workers. She told me “ I already dont like making milkshakes” and was trying to rush me in placing my order, ive been having brain fog due to a car accident im recovering from and my bestfriend drove me to this location to try and cheer me up and it was a sad ending instead. Im so disappointed. I didnt even get my milkshake because I was scared they wouldve tried to do something to my shake and made me cry.

One of the worst fast food stores I've ever eaten, I went last night for a classic wooper combo, and they didn't have, the person who took the order a disrespectful person, gave me my order which had large fries and when I checked it wasn't even half. A great reason not to return to a place where there are people who do not want to work and give the worst service
