This location has really turned around! Before new management everyone was so mean and did was always cold and just was not comfortable. I was hesitant about bringing my family here but was completely shocked after my most recent visit. Everyone was so lively and nice and the for was wonderful! As long as the store moves in this direction, I am a customer

We literally waited at the drive thru for 5 mins at 10pm to be told they only accept online orders. The website and app says they close at midnight, no where does it say order online. We placed our online order and waited another 5 minutes, just to be told they don't have any food. If you can avoid this place I definitely would, not worth it!!!

Bar none the worst fast food place I’ve ever been. The service is always rude. Half the time they have one person in there. And I finally realized that they bait and switch you. You ask for sauce and they fake place it in the bag. This time I called them out because I checked the bag before driving off and the girl just smirked like she knew exactly what she was doing.

The worst Burger King ever, they really should shut this place down. Tried to order at the drive thru but was told they didn't have any of the items I asked for (chicken fries nor chicken nuggets) just to pull around to see the workers outside with the headpiece on making me think he just didn't want to fix my order. No other cars in the drive thru and no customers inside at 7pm on a Friday night. This says a lot!!!

The only sandwich I eat from BK is the Impossible Burger. I don't eat meat (Pescatarian). This experience was the first time I was disappointed with the Impossible Burger. It was not edible. It was either not cooked properly or not fresh but it was not edible.I had to get my money back on this one. The service was stellar and the manager was pleasant and returned my money with a smile.One other thing that disturbed me was that the cashier was also preparing food. She put fries in the fryer in between handling a customer and I saw no hand washing. Touching money and the food is unsanitary.

i got a cheeseburger combo and that business tasted like a science experiment. i took a bite and got whiplash from the taste of frustrated pennies. this looked like something you would find in a school cafeteria, and tastes like something would make for the science fair. You're walking through the school gym and see a neon green trifold board with "BURGER made in TEST TUBE?? ??" made with microsoft word art. i have been a long time defender of burger king. when my friends make fun of this arguably less than mediocre restaurant, i step up. i was always there for you. but when i needed you most- a long drive home ahead of me, and a craving for sweet sweet sustenance, you abandoned me. and i will never forgive you for that :[
