Awful experience, ordered on Jan 17 through the app which was saying that the store was opened, went there, no one, store was closed. Sent a complaint to be reimbursed right away through the app, never heard back, sent a 2nd complaint 2 weeks after and they told me I was outside off the complaint window. Lost $30 because of this stupid store that also looks disgusting from outside. Avoid at all cost.

There’s always an issue at this location. They can’t accept credit cards or they’re out of certain foods or the employees are just rude and inappropriate arguing in front of customers being rude to customers all in all it’s a place to avoid.

Unprofessional people work at this location! The workers are using profanity on the drive thru headset, their uniforms are dirty, they refuse to wear gloves with long false nails and the receipts device is not working for paying customers. I took a picture of a worker serving with a vape/ smoking devices on the counter tops while fixing an order! I wish this location would be closed down immediately and the health inspector evaluated the comaints!
This restaurant needs to close. The food is nasty. The workers attitudes are nasty, and the place itself is just nasty. I ordered the impossible whopper and the whole thing meat was crunchy and the bread and mayo was stale. I'm calling the board of health on them everyday until they shut them down.

Dishonest. They charge $2-3 more than the prices on their menu, will swipe your card for payment, and then will tell you that they’re unable to provide a receipt because their printer doesn’t work.
