I just want to start off by saying worst experience ever at this Burger King , I decided to get the new SpongeBob meal. And the lady in the picture had the worst attitude ever slamming the drive thru window hard. Just rude had me and my husband waiting clueless and not telling us it will take time like any other restaurant/fast food would say. She was overly unprofessional. She should be fired. My husband asked for some buffalo sauce she almost threw it at him. She NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Like honey ,if you don’t like your job QUIT.

This burger king on Druid Hills is just an embarassment. The utter lack of effort and care from whoever works at this BK location is palpable. People unfortunately have become so accustomed to things being dropped in delivery orders that they just let it go, but quite simply it is FRAUD. Not including drinks, milkshakes, sauces, wrong items, WHATEVER that customers PAY FOR and have no way of recovering the money/time lost for from Uber eats. Just imagine, Burger King doing that to only 5 customers a day in every location with delivery service, and the sheer amount of FREE, ILLICITLY ACQUIRED money that would accumulate for the company. THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF FRAUD. So disappointed and just absolutely sick of the lack of effort from franchise restaurants when it comes to delivery orders.

This was the nicest Burger King I’ve EVER been to. The staff was very nice and the establishment was nice and clean. Even the restroom was clean! The food took a few minutes to come out but it was fresh!
Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper is a good vegetarian meal option.

This location sits in a very very busy intersection off North druid hills right over the overpass .
You would think that a people working here would realize that they're going to have a good influx of customers.
The lady at the drive-thru window and at the speaker was extremely rude, very Kurt and did not want to answer any questions .
She handed the food out the window with an attitude and when we said thank you she said nothing. When we asked her question she just stared at us and got an attitude. Asking for ketchup and salt packets was in task for her as she seemed as if we were bothering her when this is the job she chose!
Short, brown skin lady working the drive-thru is very rude and has zero customer service skills! I will never ever return to this location and I will let others know how rude and unwelcoming my visit was.
If I could give zero stars I would. I only stopped at this place because my mother wanted these items. And she was rude to my mother!
The night time manager and cashier is very friendly and sweet. My food was hot and fresh I was in and out quick. The GM is really doing his job with running and clean and friendly location. I would come back again to this location.
Very very disappointed…we asked for egg and cheese sandwiches and they gave us egg and cheese with ham..we did not know this until we came home and opened the sandwiches..we do not eat ham due to religious reasons…I was very upset b/c at that time we couldn’t even go back and and ask them to change the order…very irresponsible behavior…

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This girls on night shift were very rude. Never once’s address me or another customer while we was standing at the front counter. Even yelled at a customer as threw my food down on counter. I wish a manager was there. Need to fire her
