THIS BURGER KING DOES NOT OPEN AT 6AM. ITS 6:46AM CURRENTLY AND THEY ARE STILL NOT OPEN. THE LADY AT THE PETRO TRUCK STOP TOLD ME SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHEN THEY OPEN BECAUSE THEY OPEN AT DIFFERENT TIMES EVERYDAY. ITS PRETTY MUCH WHEN EVER THE WORKERS DECIDE TO COME INTO WORK. PLUS THE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK.

Person at counter ordering food but I get told Internet is down so no ordering food

Marquez was more than happy to take our order. he was very polite & we had no issues. hope to see more of him

The milkshake machines at multiple Burger King locations across Atlanta are always “broken.” This has been happening for a long time — every visit, same excuse. It’s not just one store. It’s happening at:
199 Northside Dr SW, 1122 Northside Dr NW, 3195 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy NW, and 2760 Greenbrier Pkwy SW.

This isn’t a coincidence. Either the machines are not being maintained or staff simply refuse to operate them. That’s neglect and false advertising.

I’m not asking for free food — I just expect Burger King, a billion-dollar company, to maintain its equipment and deliver what’s on the menu. It’s time to hold these franchisees accountable and fix what’s clearly been ignored.

Why does this Burger King not have a phone number or come up on the burger king app? This location SHOULD NOT BE RECOGNIZED as a TRUCK STOP LOCATION, just because it’s off an exit! There is no gas station connected to it. It’s on a property with a gas station that has a truck stop behind it. Plus they sell everything at truck stop prices. If anything it should do better to be on the app and have greater prices that way, so that the community it serves can have access to a fast food restaurant

Great spot to grab lunch on I-285

I’m at this store now the guy who answered the drive thru was so rude I ask for 1 lemonade he like we ran out of everything let’s his friend in the store to talk and locks everybody else out at 7:28 when the store hrs are til 10 he proceeds to come to the door and say I’m working alone I don’t have to serve anyone in a nasty confrontational way I’ll never come back to this location again they need better staff

No online order. Whopper Jr. cost $3.39 on the app, but at the counter was $4.59. They don't honor the App offers (discount) price.

Get rid of damn near all the staff especially that old lady that talk like a dude. 3rd time she messed up my order… and it’s just a burger not even a meal, who takes bacon off a bacon king….. then bs around in the back telling ppl what to do when she hasn’t. But also made me give her the other one she messed up then threw it away in my face.

I went thru the drive thru the customer service was ok the food it wasn’t all that it really didn’t taste fresh onion rings taste like they put the whole pound of salt on them the gotta A for there health inspection I don’t know why the food wasn’t fresh maybe today was a bad day I only stop because I was in the area guess I’ll have to stop eating fast food for real

Completely wrong order, I parked at the truck stop beside and walked the half mile to get BK and then walked the half mile back to my truck. There was onion on both burgers that were ordered no onion and I was missing the large chicken fry. Even though the person asked me if I wanted sauce for that chicken fry. The next time I go to Burger King I might pull out a slice of pizza from the bag or a large rock, you never know.

Your guys said - You can’t make order. Wtfff ??? Change it.

2 hours before closing time, they closed the lobby and won't let you sit, they closed the restroom and won't let you use it, the staff is sullen, we asked for a milkshake and they didn't give it, I asked for onion rings and they didn't give it, I've never seen a worse Burger King.
