Today December 5th, I came for breakfast as usual I come for breakfast every morning and have the same thing.... There was a short wait in the drive-thru however I placed an order for chicken egg and cheese croissants with a French vanilla iced coffee as I always do. We don't have any iced coffee today And we don't do chicken egg and cheese because I'll for breakfast, I kindly replied sir I come here every morning before I go to work and get a chicken egg and cheese croissants We don't have any iced coffee and we don't have any chicken for breakfast that's why my cost is so high I said sir I'm paying for the chicken Can you substitute this This was rather a bad experience He even emphasized that he's a new manager and he ain't doing no chicken egg and cheese croissant What??? Man you came here yesterday Yes I did and the day before Yes I did and the day before that yes I did but we ain't got no chicken egg and cheese because we ain't got no iced coffee huh, really I'll find another Burger King

Went in on 11/24/2025 (inside the lobby) waited approx. 10 minutes before the manager of the store runs out on the phone stating every time he comes in it's some bull ish going on and proceeded to tell us the lobby is closed with 4 people in line. The cashier is finishing up a mobile order and the manager asks her what she is doing and she replies to him. His reply is even more repulsive after that....he says....oh...ok... don't ring up anyone in line I'm just trying to handle the drive through. Paying customers got turned away with it seems 4 people working. I'm convinced that people no longer want a work....they want a paycheck without the effort.

He was a great worker I’ve came up there twice since he has been gone wrong burger or made wrong it’s terrible then bad customer service. I am writing to formally report serious customer service and food safety issues during my visit to Burger King Store #4182 on the date 11/19/2025 of my visit, between approximately 3:45 p.m. and 4:10 p.m. (Order #82).
Upon entering the store, the manager initially refused to allow me to use the restroom, despite my explaining that I had already been in the drive-thru and would place my order immediately afterward. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, setting a poor example for the rest of the staff.
Throughout my visit, employees displayed disrespectful behavior, including making inappropriate comments when I briefly stepped outside to retrieve the fries that were missing from my order. The overall environment lacked basic customer service standards.
More concerning were the sanitation practices I witnessed. A food-preparation employee handled a counterfeit $20 bill with the same gloves he was using to prepare customer meals, then continued making food without changing them. This presents a serious health and safety violation.
In addition, my Whopper was prepared incorrectly despite my clear allergy to lettuce. The employee attempted to remove lettuce from an already-prepared sandwich and transfer the ingredients to a new bun, resulting in contamination. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional responses.
Several other customers were also returning due to incorrect orders, indicating broader issues with management and training.
The conduct I experienced and observed was unacceptable and does not reflect the standards of the Burger King brand. I request that this matter be investigated and addressed promptly.

If zero stars were possible, they'd have none. When you order a whopper with cheese, no lettuce, no ketchup...it doesn't mean extra lettuce and ketchup with no pickles or onions. Especially when you have to wait for your food, after they take your money.👎

I went here on Nov 13 2025 around 2:20pm and this was the WORST experience I have ever had a fast food place, the smell inside the store was absolutely disgusting you can tell that there is meat going bad in the back. Plus not to mention the manager on sift a woman she's tall and had a braided ponytail has the worst attitude ever so bad to the point, I will never go to this establishment again.

I’ve lived in the Ben Hill/SWATL area my entire life and one things for certain and two for sure IF this BK is open they either don’t have enough food or enough staff functioning on a daily basis. Ebbs and flows.

Bad Food services as a Manager I don’t know her name. I know she wear contacts in her eyes with dreads. She serve me a Jr Whopper one was okay the other just looked like she was mad at me. I came to tell her some tall light skin young man. Seems to get mad at me wanting to fight me.When I ask him to step to the side ,because I was very disappointed of the services I want to see the Manager make it over correctly. I would have never serve this as a Manager.

Bk the worst ran establishment in Atlanta ... some you just can't go to and greenbrier one of em along with Cleveland Ave. I stop ordering anything but a simple double cheeseburger so I dont get slopped to death, the two girls messed that up on a mobile order. Now I'm about to just order my sandwich naked with just meat and cheese, these Girls is pathetic they can't even work a ketchup bottle let along cook something. This why these kids so bad look what they eating...the foot dragons off the chains
