My family decided to go to Sababas because they are kosher and we like to try out new restaurants. Every single time we have been inside this restaurant we have been met with an extremely rude manager named raphi who literally argues and belittles customers. All of our orders have been incorrectly processed, buns are soggy, food is too salty with no flavor. Would not recommend

So happy to be visiting our son & DIL & two toddlers in Atlanta. We invited them to have dinner at Sababa & the burgers & fries were delicious. We ordered 4 burgers , fries & onion rings & to kids chicken nuggets. Un be known to me a sur charge of $19. Was added to the check. Shouldn’t we have been told before hand.? The receipt said large party charge $19. Four adults & two toddlers is not a large party. My son & DIL bussed the tables & left it clean. My gripe is had I known of this charge I wouldn’t have left over 15% tip. I paid out $36. For what? I waiter brought food and that was it. We as usual cleaned up after ourselves. While cashier was ringing up charges he should have said policy of $19. Charge. I didn’t look at receipt until the next day. I’m a very upset grandma & hope the owners see my post & reverse that charge. I hear they are very nice. I want to leave Atlanta with a good feeling about my dining experience in Atlanta Kosher restaurant.

Drive half an hour to this place for the Google page to say they are open until 10pm just for them to be closed . And I got there at 6:24pm !! They need to update their timeframe. completely unprofessional and false advertisement

My wife and I visited Sababa's Burgers after a long day at work, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal. We both ordered black bean burgers, but when the food arrived, it was clear that we had received Impossible Burgers instead.

As vegetarians, we know the difference, so we brought it up to the server. Initially, they tried to convince us that it was indeed the black bean burger. After we insisted, the server went to check with the kitchen and we overheard them saying, "Oh, we’re out of black bean burgers." The server then confirmed this and apologized for the mix-up.

What made the situation even worse was the manager’s complete lack of engagement. Not only did he never apologize for the mistake, but I had to actively ask him to come over and address the issue. Even when he finally arrived at our table, he seemed uninterested in the situation and did nothing to make up for the inconvenience. It was clear that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority for him.

The poor customer service and the manager’s indifference left us feeling frustrated. My first impression of the restaurant was unfortunately my last. Mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience has made a lasting impression on us.

I enjoyed the experience going into this new restaurant located down the street from my home. The place I was originally going in the plaza was closed so I decided to try out Sababa’s. I was greeted and welcomed in, explained their daily menus, and helped order my meal. I got chicken tenders, a basket of fries, 6 wings, a strawberry milkshake, and sprite. The chicken tenders were definitely frozen before serving and not served with any sauce. The fries were good. The chicken wings however are when things went SOUTH. I bit into the chicken… thankfully already cautious and a pool of chicken blood and juices flowed into my month. I instantly spit the bite back out and quickly rinsed my mouth. I stood there for a sec in disbelief before calling the store back. It was after their hours of operation so first call they did not answer. However the second time they picked up and this is where things got EVEN WORSE. I tell the guy that my chicken was undercooked and he proceeds to tell me “that’s how it’s supposed to be” he continues that “I had a conversation with the chef about the pink and red in the chicken he said it’s normal because it’s “REAL CHICKEN” WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!? I asked him health department would agree and he doubled down. This is what prompts me to leave this review. Had that worker been honest that no chicken should have blood coming from it and given a refund, credit, or even asked what I would like to remedy the situation this would not be done. Anyway the place was far too expensive. 6 wings for $9?? It’s a mediocre burger place with no special menu or anything. The items were very basic. Will not be returning.

We love Sababa’s and so excited to have another Kosher restaurant to go to!

Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free bread which I was thrilled about being that I’m gluten free and really enjoy the smash burger!

I went here and I got a fried chicken burger and onion rings. The sandwich was delicious. I only wish I had more sauce on it 4 stars 🌟 . More sauce definitely 5 stars. I went 11/18/2024.

Food is very pricey for what it is, nearly $40 for 2 sloppy cheese burgers, 1 basket of fries and small drinks.
Cashier could be a bit friendlier.
Burgerim was way better and cheaper, definitely disappointed with this place. Will not visit ever again.

These burgers are so good they’d have a carnivore rabbi preaching the gospel of smashed patties, and the fries? Crunchier than your rabbi’s one-liners at Yom Kippur. The retro Atlanta vibe ties it all together—quirky, loud, and absolutely delicious.

Food was ok, but def overpriced for what we got. Pita burger was a bit plain given the ingredients but the chicken sandwich was quite good. Fries weren't my favorite and the 7 onion rings for $9 were strangely bland. Nice space, service fine, but probably not a go to place for us. 2 sandwiches, fries, rings and water to drink $50 and change before tip.

I recently visited and left disappointed and overcharged. I paid $75 for two burgers, chili cheese fries, and six wings. Quality definitely didn’t match the price.
The burgers were unseasoned, and the gluten-free bun was stale, small, and dry. For a $26 burger, I expected the bacon I paid extra for to be included, and it wasn’t. The toppings were lackluster, with a wilted piece of lettuce, a soggy tomato, stringy translucent onions, and barely sautéed mushrooms. The ONE pickle I got was basically flavorless. The meal quality was so poor that I only managed a few bites before giving up, and it honestly felt like the ingredients had come straight from the trash.
The fries were good but the little scoop of chili and cheese placed on top was comical. Wings were ok seemed to be refried and tossed especially with how quickly they came out.

What added to the frustration was noticing that employees were served off-menu meals while customers like myself were left with such low-quality food. Guess they used all the cheese on their nachos.
