I’m usually not the one to write bad reviews about employees because I know what it’s like to be an employee working in fast food, but Divya was extremely rude. I kindly asked for the grilled sandwich toppings but I just wanted the chicken fried. After making that request I asked if my chicken can be well done due to the fact that I have a sensitive stomach. She gave me a rude irritated look then told me the chicken is already well done. I nicely replied saying “oh ok well can you maybe cook it a little longer then please” she then didn’t respond, so I assumed she made my order well done. (Which she did) After waiting for my ordershe then gave me a grilled sandwich with the incorrect toppings, I just simply assumed it was a simple misunderstanding. So I kindly walked up to her and explained what I actually wanted, In hopes that she would be understanding and maybe give me a sandwich that matched my request. She then argued me down about how I worded my order incorrectly, and how I should’ve said it differently. I tried to be understanding, but it’s really hard to be understanding towards someone who is constantly arguing with you about a simple request you made. I no longer wanted a different sandwich and instead I just wanted a refund. When I asked for a refund it took her about 20 minutes before she told me it was done, I doubt I’ll actually get the refund though because she seemed to not know how to issue it. She also argued with me about the last four digits of my card which didn’t add up to the card that I use. When I explained to her that my card number was different than what she was telling me, she seemed to get more and more Irritated and continued to tell me that the card number I was giving her was wrong, even though I was correct. I then gave up and told her to just return it to whatever card she feels is right. I assumed maybe she was just having a bad day, but you should never take that out on customers who are being nice to you.

Tried this for the first time today and the food wasn’t nasty, but very subpar. For a burger restaurant, there was really nothing special about them. They were just okay, the wings were fine. Everything lacked flavor. We wouldn’t return to this establishment. We regretted not going to one of the many other restaurants in this plaza to spend $40.

Customer service was great but I was very disappointed. I ordered the Hawaiian style burger, which looked very appetizing when it was presented to me. The burger looked nothing how it was on the picture and was very dry. Then when I asked for a refund management said that they updated their systems that didn’t have a refund option and that I’d have to come back

This was awful. Cold meat, cold fries, cold onion rings. I had a couple of mouthfulls and the rest went into the trash. Utter waste of money. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Cannot give zero stars, but wish I could. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Good place for some solid burgers. Came here for a quick one, wasn't busy. Got the lamb burger. It was a juicy patty, and cooked well. Had plenty of tzaziki sauce but wasn't drowning in it. Service was good & quick.
The food is great but the employee Jazmin is horrible. She is rude and has an attitude from the minute you walk in. She will drive customers away if she continues to work there.

Some things are good but, meh...I love a good burger. A big fat juicy burger.This place has a delicious looking menu. I had the classic burger on a gluten-free bun with pickles and mayo, which is my typical choice at burger places.The fries were hot and crispy and delicious. The gluten-free bun was one of the best I've ever had. The Angus burger was a small dry piece of meat that did not look like those things on the menu. Can't imagine it was a 1/3 pound.The gal behind the counter was sweet, helpful and had great service. Also, it was fairly quick to get my burger. The tea was fresh and delicious.But I really came here for the burger.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free bun was very good.

My favorite item is the Hawaiian salmon burger. The sweet potato fries are better than the regular ones. There is a soft serve machine, so sometimes I pop in just for that. The service is always good, and thoughtful. A great local business.Kid-friendliness: There's a cute little kids' meal - a slider, fries, and juice box.
