Let's just say they asked us to give them a 5 star rating and if we do we get 5 percent off... But the food was warm, the food was over priced, the server tried to charge us for items we didn't receive and my daughter got potatoes with her order . My daughter told the server she wanted onions and pepper . She brings out the potatoes with no opinions or pepper. Then she proceeded to lie in my daughter's face and say they're in there. She said where??? Then she leaves and goes back and says we're out of them. But you just lied and said they're in my daughter's potatoes when clearly there wasn't any on them.. I can go on and on with the issues me and my daughter had there. And the manager didn't come over and say anything.... Mannn I be trying to support my black own business but mannnn have to be and do better ....

This was my very first time eating here and I was truly excited. That excitement quickly turned to disappointment. It started with small child sizes of orange juice for $5. Food is over priced. No coffee refills and it was $4. $7 for 2 half slices of French toast. $6.50 for two small pancakes. The area is cramped. And, the knats were ridiculous. All in all I spent $61, not including the tip, and it was not at all worth it. This was breakfast so maybe lunch is better.

The biscuits and gravy was lukewarm. The gravy was runny. The catfish batter was extremely salty.

Parking: The parking availability was excellent on Sunday morning.

A great place to for brunch. The staff were over professional and accommodating. The service to the customers was very efficiently handled. My server "Bubbles" gave a great reccomendation for a first visit experience. There's always an on line order process that stresses a restaurant. What I appreciate is that our server communicated the delay. It ended up not even being a long wait. Very generous portions!

Kid-friendliness: I'd bring my kids! They can be seated comfortably and have plenty of menu options.

Little tight in the seating, expanding soon to next door. The meat lovers' delight omelet was great, grits were perfectly cooked & the sweet potato biscuit was to die for. Just the looks of the place tells you it's above par with class..... HIGHLY

My server Annette was amazing! Her personality from the time we were seated until we left was just fantastic!!! She was very attentive but not over barring and that was perfect. The food presentation was beautiful and the taste matched perfectly. I’m very happy with my visit and will be returning on my next visit to Atlanta.

First stop after leaving the airport! Fantastic experience form the hostess to our waitress Bubbles! Highly recommend the cheese grits, meat lovers omelette & all the biscuit flavors. The Carrot ginger juice is a must try as well, perfectly balanced sweet & spice profile throughout. Excellent breakfast/ brunch option

Review: From Good to Great!
I had the pleasure of visiting Buttermilk Biscuits for the second time. The first time was good. I knew that I would come back. There were a lot of pros and very few cons on that first visit. My second visit brought no regrets. I decided to return with my husband, who is a foodie from his soul. We were seated immediately (thankfully, because this place pulls a consistent crowd). The hostesses and server’s and I can imagine the cook’s are all putting in the steps, Lol.
Greeted with a warm welcome and genuine smile by the hostess and the server has been my experience both times that I’ve visited.
My husband and I ordered a lot of food. As I said, my husband is a foodie so we had to try several dishes for him to gather what variety they were able to offer. We ordered pancakes, mixed fruit, bacon, sweet potato biscuit, cheese grits, cheese eggs, and fried green tomatoes. Everything was delicious! Our coffee cup stayed filled (thanks to our server), our creamers were just as we ordered. There was no issue with anything. We had everything that we needed. They checked on us periodically, the teamwork was phenomenal between the hostess and the server, which works to the benefit of the customer. I met the manager on duty that day, very pleasant and friendly and we took note of the gentleman serving those seated at the bar also being very friendly and engaging with his customers. The second experience succeeded the first one although the first one was good and brought me back again. I look forward to many visits at the Buttermilk Biscuits whether I am enjoying it alone or with family and friends that I bring along. Whether I am there for a single entree or multiple ones, Lol. By the way, my husband the foodie loved it! He could not even finish it all but he took it with him and feasted on it later that day. He will be back as well.
Thank you all for a great experience. Special thanks to Chrissy and Annette! We would not have known about this place without them and they rock at what they do… and trust me, I would say so if they didn’t because my over 22 years of customer service experience would call it out, Lol. But these ladies rock! I can personally say that these two are an asset to your company. They consistently rock and have only impressed me more the second time around. Chrissy and Annette are to be commended for the work that O saw them do with my own eyes in taking care of customers inside and outside of the building.
Thanks also to the organization for valuing customer satisfaction and for providing great customer service that has only gotten better in my two visits. Kudos to you all-Great Job! I’ll be back!
