Amazing food and service. It’s difficult to get a reservation for a reason. This is a can’t miss spot in Atlanta!

We got there at 9 on Sunday, just ahead of the rush. By the time we left at 10, the parking lot was packed and a small line had started forming outside. Worth noting if you are aiming for a quicker visit.
The bottomless coffee really is bottomless, but at five dollars, you will feel like you need to make it count. It is just basic drip coffee and I only managed two cups, so that felt a little steep.
For breakfast, I went with the country omelet and added the pork sausage. It was genuinely tasty and hit the spot. I had one slice of the sourdough and handed off the hashbrown fritters to my friend, who was happy to take them.
One odd detail. Tips are calculated after taxes, and the receipt nudges you toward 20, 25, and even 23 percent. Just something to be aware of when you are settling up.

The food was quality, and well portioned with reasonable pricing. Service was efficient and friendly getting you in and out especially with a short wait for seating and getting your food at the time we arrived. It was definitely steady business and may be busier on weekends vs weekday. We are visiting ATL and it was recommended to us by an airport worker. We are so excited we started our first day of the trip with this restaurant and look forward to coming back to it again. 10/10 recommend!

One of my favorite breakfast spots!
It’s one of those places where you can rely on a meal to be great, consistently. Their house-made vanilla syrup is amazing— biscuits— fried chicken—you name it; it’s a spot worth trying at least!
If you go during the morning on a weekday I don’t necessarily think a reservation is necessary to be seated, but on the weekend? I’d recommend it if you plan on coming in for brunch (10am-2pm).

Prices, food, and cocktails were great! Went on a Saturday around noon and waited about 45 minutes to be sat. Personally, it was worth the wait! My friends and I enjoyed our food! We had the cornbread to share, followed by our meal. The cornbread was so good that I didn't even get a picture lol.
The grit bowl (get the pimento grits!) was filling and there were plenty of the toppings, as you can see! I also got a single pancake and it was light and fluffy and reminded me of the cornbread in a good way! Our waiter was also great and welcoming!

Awesome food and really cool place. The chicken biscuit was huge and amazing. Good coffee and the pimento cheese grits are a must. They also have mugs, cookbooks, and their pancake and biscuit batter for sale.

I got the spiced maple chicken with pimento grits and a biscuit on the side. The chicken dish was good. The grits, eggs, chicken, and bacon all combined to make a fragrant and slightly overpowering dish. The chicken I did find not spicy whatsoever and it is deep fried yet not crispy in the slightest. The chicken I also found to be a bit too sweet. The biscuit was mediocre, not bad but not great for the hype it received. I do think it is worth your time to visit and try the food, but I don’t believe it’s as good as the reviews suggest.

You have to make a reservation to eat here. If you like southern breakfast you’ll really like this. The biscuit was good and soft. I got the hashbrown bowl and it was very filling and tasty. The French press coffee is not bad. The servers were very friendly and attentive.
