Rudest damn employees I've had the misfortune to breathe the same air as. Dunno what customers have to do with their own personal issues. I hope they receive the same service they give out <3

Stopped in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Food was good and the staff were vibing out to some good music. Building it's in was very cool. Solid little spot.

A little small but the drinks were good! Prices are reasonable, better than a chain coffee shop. They offer almond and oak milk substitutes.

The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was really cozy, and the menu is super well priced. Also the staff cat drawings were super cute!

The worst café ever! It doesn’t have an extractor fan or any ventilation. I went in wearing clean clothes, and the smell of frying and cooking stuck to them. It was awful!

One of the overhyped places. The waitress is more interested in the amount of tip you give. The drink tasted real bad. I wouldn’t recommend this for drinks or food anytime.

Loved the attention to detail. I’ll be back for sure!
Decent spot with good vibes to work in or grab a cup of coffee and a croissant

This is the worst coffee shop in Atlanta ! It says they sell premium coffee that none of the employees know about. The coffee was watery and trash and no bathroom !!

visited atlanta from tampa, fl and decided to check this place out after a very early morning flight. it did not disappoint. we ended up going there everyday for the rest of our stay to get ourselves breakfast and coffee. i got the turkey pesto sandwich twice and the chipotle chicken sandwich once, both of which were bangers. my friend and i are both baristas and really enjoyed our coffees. their peach tea was so good i made sure to order one for the road each time we went. really cute place, very sweet staff, and i will definitely be back the next time i’m in atl. :-)
also on 9/13 we had an odd encounter with an unhoused person inside the shop, and one of the baristas (guy with glasses) very kindly stepped in to help. they were very professional and sweet about it. thank you to whoever you are, and thank you cafe lucia for keeping me and my friends fed and caffeinated during our stay in atlanta!

I usually have an excellent experience here, it's one of my favorite cafes downtown. However, I got an apple turnover today out of the front case and took it home- I bit into it, and it was full of mold! This was less than an hour after purchase. Tried to call the cafe to warn them to throw them away but no one answered the phone (not sure if the phone number on Google is correct tho).
This was a very disappointing visit. When I walked in, I wasn’t acknowledged at all. I stood at the counter for about five minutes while the young lady behind the bar, though clearly busy, avoided eye contact and never once said, “I’ll be right with you.” I didn’t even know if I was supposed to wait or order somewhere else. I actually started looking around for a kiosk or some kind of online ordering option.
When I finally ordered, I asked for something very simple: a vanilla latte. What I was served was honestly terrible. The drink was made completely out of order, coffee first, then milk, and ice thrown in at the end which guaranteed it would be wrong. And it was. Instead of a crisp iced latte, it came out as a lukewarm, milky mess with no real espresso flavor. A total waste of milk.
To make matters worse, the café itself was dirty and unkempt, which only added to the bad impression.
Overall: poor service, poorly made drink, and poor cleanliness. I would not recommend this café.

Great little place! I stopped in before my flight to get a dark roast and it was delicious. I usually never get a refill but I felt like I had to. Staff was really friendly too.
