Ordered a hot Havana cappuccino, which took a long time to prepare, and wasn’t served hot at all. I wanted to savor it slowly…but had to gulp it down before it got cold! And they served folks who ordered after me before I got mine. And I was there around 6:45 am, and they were out of croissants…?!! Disappointed, as I wanted to give this Starbucks alternative a fair shot. I would not return.
Ordinarily I dread visiting food services in the Atlanta airport because the staff is often very impatient and rude. However, I found the completely opposite here. The staff were sweet, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend them.
