Decided to come and get chicken and beignets for my girlfriend here on Murphy St. today 8/14/2025. Young lady working the food truck is incredibly short and seems bothered by simple questions. I would NOT recommend this location, instead I would visit the Marietta location.

My first time and I’m blown away! The Catfish Poboy got me in a chokehold! 10/10 as well as the Beignets!!!! I ate them all! I’ll definitely back I also loved the communication of the staff very helpful with the menu and patience! I’ll see y’all soon!

100000/10 omg I cannot rave about the chicken and beignets enough. That praline sauce and the perfectly seasoned chicken was 😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨 TOO good. We can only get it once a week on Sundays, so worth the wait though. Delicious Black owned food truck in the West End😋

Great customer service. Cafe Bourbon served us for Hospital Week off of their food truck. Everything was cooked to order hot and fresh. The food was nicely seasoned and presented with care.
Had them for a work event, was delicious and fantastic service!!

Broski what can I say about this place that hasn't already been said. We went to their food truck about 4 years ago when we came down here and came back to the brick-and-mortar today in Marietta Georgia.
Our server Pam was very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices hadn't changed much which means they were good. We always try to support black businesses because we are black, which means we are family!
We got the Gumbo (A), Shrimp Po' Boy (A+), Jambalaya Egg Rolls (A++), and Wings Basket (B) with Bourbon Ranch Fries (A+). Lastly we topped it off at the Churro Beignets (A+++++++). We just came from New Orleans about a month ago off a cruise and I can say without a shadow of a doubt this is authentic!
For the amount of food you get for the price you can't do no better. We will be back in July and we'll make sure we stop by this family restaurant. We appreciate y'all and keep up the good fight.

Finally got to try them out and got the bourbon shrimp! It was pretty good. I can’t wait to go back and try the gumbo and more!
Had seen it on social media forever and had to try myself!!! All the food was excellent, from the beignets to the egg rolls. I will defenitly be back for more and would highly recommend.
Great Service and exceptional quality of food. Came for some Beignets, left with those and the gumbo. The gumbo is full of meat, and you can tell the roux was stirred with ample amounts of love!

Ordered two 32oz cups of gumbo. The gumbo looked more like jambalaya. No juice at all. Really was excited to eat gumbo not jambalaya. Most of the 32oz was rice. I removed the “gumbo” from the container and places it in a pot to warm. I now I have mushy rice and absolutely no juice. I took pictures before I warmed it and after. Very disappointed. Never had dry gumbo before.
