I love it here BUT please open up earlier on weekdays. For those of us that work remotely in Dunwoody, going to the other locations is out of the way.And PLEASE bring back the bow tie pasta with the whole salmon cooked on top. Not the smoked salmon.

I invited another couple to join me and my girl friend for dinner at Cafe Intermezzo - Dunwoody location last night. We arrived at 6:30 PM and were seated immediatley by the hostess. We requested a table in the back corner so that it would be quiet and we would be able to talk. Four hours later we left and were full to the brim of great food, drink, talk, expresso/coffees and the best desserts. The total experience was outstanding in particular our server, Nyasia, who answered all our questions and provided outstanding service. The manager, Meradyth, came by several times to ensure we were taken care of. The old world European ambience made me feel like we were in Paris having a cafe and dessert.

This is a hidden gem. I asked the wait staff for their recommendation - Salmon and Caper Pasta. It was sooooo good! Creamy and not over powering. Cafe Briocco with Amaretto for dessert, a perfect ending.

We were seated at one of the bistro tables by the entrance which was also located directly under the outdoor heaters above. Unfortunately during our time there, it became uncomfortable because it was so hot, I had to step outside to cool off.We had a spicy seafood dip which was good. But my Cesar salad was soggy on the bottom and the salmon was dry. My husband had the burger which he enjoyed. We both ordered the Intermezzo Cappuccino which could have been better if there wasn't so much cocoa and cinnamon, it over powered the taste of the espresso. We ordered a slice of the tres leche torte and bailey's espresso torte to go.We definitely will never order that again. Not sure what the texture was supposed to be but it definitely was not appetizing.I have been wanting to come here for over a year, however for me personally it's a hit or miss.

This place is lovely, decor is on point, ambience is great, the service was stellar and the food was on point. I recently went here for Brunch and it was great. I had the Egyptian Chamomile tea which was really good, the spinach and artichoke dip which I smashed in about 5 seconds and the Seafood Crepe was very flavorful and airy!I'd highly recommend this place!!

Make sure you get the Carmel cappuccino…so good! The atmosphere is so quiet and romantic! Love this spot as a date night spot for my husband and me. The phone booth outside is a cute photo spot!

It's so nice here! Great for a date spot. The server didn't visit our table super frequently but the atmosphere is everything! Super pretty interior and the drinks are amazing. Will definitely be coming back :)

Turkish coffee is not like the traditional Turkish coffee. Frankly, it’s not right to misrepresent a product that has cultural values attached to it. If your employees are not trained to make it correctly, you shouldn’t make it because you may be leaving a long-lasting false experience.

Although some of the savory food offerings need a bit of work, the desserts and service is excellent. Hats off to Ms. Cartier and her team for her five star service. Established in 1979 this Atlanta icon is still going strong and there is not another cafe that rivals the service and atmosphere of cafe intermezzo. Brian has established something that will never be forgotten.
