Café Intermezzo - Midtown

This café truly feels like a little piece of Europe in the middle of the city. The atmosphere is elegant, cozy, and romantic, with beautiful lighting, classic décor, and a very calm, luxurious vibe. From the moment you walk in, everything looks aesthetic and thoughtfully designed.

The dessert selection is incredible — so many beautiful cakes, pastries, and sweets that look like art and taste just as amazing. Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The coffee and drinks were also high quality and perfectly made.

What makes this place special is the overall experience. It feels relaxing, not rushed, and perfect for enjoying a quiet coffee, desserts, or a cozy conversation. The ambiance, presentation, and attention to detail really make it stand out from typical cafés.

Overall, one of the most beautiful and memorable cafés in Atlanta. Highly recommend for desserts, coffee, and a stunning European-style atmosphere.

This place is top notch and very aesthetic. Lots of coffee and dessert options. The tiramisu and hot chocolate were exquisite. The hostess was very warm and polite. There was a wait time about 15 mins on weekends. Note - there is no free parking nearby.

Our server, Tiffany, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She checked on us often without being intrusive and made sure everything came out just right. You can tell she really cares about her guests — her service made a big difference in our overall experience.

The food was fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful. Overall, great food, great service, and a great vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back — and I’ll be asking for Tiffany next time!

One of the best spots in town for outdoor seating, perfect for people watching! The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, the food is consistently good, and the service is warm and attentive. A great place to sit back, enjoy a meal, and take in the energy around you.

Café Intermezzo is one of my favorite spots in Atlanta. They have indoor, outdoor, and bar seating and the atmosphere is great. The staff is quick, attentive, and typically quite friendly.

I firmly believe they make the best espresso martinis in Atlanta and it’s 100% worth checking out if you’re a fan. I haven’t found anything that beats the vibes of an espresso martini and a waffle while chatting with friends at the bar. Their waffles are crispy on the outside while staying light and fluffy on the inside for a delicious treat. Their salads are also quite good and make for a good lunch on the patio on a beautiful day.

Love love love Cafe Intermezzo! I came this time for the dessert and coffee. I had the White Chocolate Amaretto cheesecake and it’s amazing! The staff is very kind. I had CeCe and she’s so attentive and sweet. Everything was a 10/10 I’ll definitely be back.

I am a longtime fan of Cafe Intermezzo and visit three to four times a month. Tonight when our party of three visited the host staff were gracious as always. Once seated our server Leo provided one of the worst service experiences I have experienced there. Almost thirty minutes after we ordered our drinks and they still had not arrived and having asked him twice and been given curt, rude answers, we paid our bill and left without ever receiving the drinks. It’s such a wonderful place and I will be back again within the week. However, if you have the misfortune of being seated in Leo’s section, you would do yourself a favor by requesting to be moved.
