Great location and a sweet, accommodating server made my visit enjoyable overall. The food was good, though the presentation could use improvement. I was surprised to receive my coffee and food in to-go cups, but that may have been a communication issue on my end. The coffee was decent, but the cleanliness of the space was concerning. It looked like the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite some time, and there was noticeable dust throughout. This is such a nice spot, so a little more attention to cleanliness could truly elevate the experience.

Great food great price. I had a delicious croissant breakfast bagel called The Reg and I also tried the avocado toast breakfast. Everything is good at Lucia’s

Great customer service, but my coffee tasted like tobacco, and my sandwich didn't have much flavor.

This cafe is dishonest in their food. The drinks were disgusting and the pastries were from the grocery store. Would never come back again or suggest it to a friend.

Quite enjoyed the experience here: decor is cool with nice furniture and booths, workers are friendly and prompt, it was empty so our drinks and food came out in ~8 minutes. All tasted good, would come back

I was here last in 2022 when I first moved to ATL. I was in the neighborhood this morning and decided to pop in for breakfast, remembering the breakfast burrito being delicious and filling. I'm so disappointed with how it's gone downhill since. They were understaffed, my burrito took over 40 mins to come out and what I got was tiny compared to what I remembered from a couple years ago. It was still delicious but it wasn't enough for a meal.

Walking away from this place now. I ordered a Harrison breakfast sandwich which comes on a plain bagel. They gave me the sandwich on a croissant to which I asked them to put on a plain bagel. They then served the sandwich sloppy on a wet plain bagel. The sandwich also was to supposed to have provolone cheese. There was no cheese on the sandwich. I give up.

Food and coffee were good but it wasn’t even busy and the simple breakfast food took over a half hour to come out. Anytime we asked about the food they kept saying they’re wrapping it up now. Me and my partner got our food like 20 mins apart as well. I’m annoyed I left a tip and recommend you don’t leave one until you get everything out first and then tip based on the service (which is terrible). Maybe they should have at least one adult there instead of a bunch of kids who look like a deer in headlights when you ask them anything or like they forgot you even put an order in when it’s not even busy in there to get that confused. Would never go back and the seating is old and nasty too.

Do not come here .. I waited 30 min for a sandwhich and ended up just asking for a refund . No apologies for the wait or anything !

Ok this is my 2nd bad experience with this place! I walked in at 3:30 and there was someone sitting outside when I walked into the cafe. I waited at the counter to be acknowledged by a worker and 10 minutes later, the guy sitting outside asked me if I was ready to order? Um if you seen a customer walk in, why not acknowledge them? Then when I started to place my order.. he said sorry the kitchen is closed because the cafe is about to close!! Mind you , on the website and the sign on the door the place said It closes at 6!

Worst coffee I ever had.
I came there with a coworker on 7/24 and we walked 5 blocks just to get there.
Ordered an ice latte with oatmilk and caramel and it was literally the nastiest drink I have ever had. Tasted like maybe their espresso machine needed to be cleaned it had an awful aftertaste. Spent about 7 bucks and am just so disappointed.
