Just the absolute best cake!!! I'm not a huge fan of sweets or even cake, but the red velvet crumble cake is UNMATCHED! They even do slice Thursdays so you can just try a slice before committing to an entire cake!

This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised. The red velvet cake is pretty good. I was a bit disappointed because there were no other flavors available that I was interested in trying. So I only got the one slice of red velvet. The location was somewhat easy to find. It was a bit under construction as they were preparing to add a coffee shop, per what I was told.I would consider purchasing again only if I am in the area and more flavors are available.

I can definitely say this is hands down the best cake in Atlanta. I purchase a cake for all my events at my venue Fly High Events in conyers and I am always satisfied. You can taste the difference of the cake compared to other companies. I will continue to use them any chance i get. Thank you A++

I’ve been following them for a while and finally got around to visiting them. The cake was very moist but the icing was not cream cheese. Taste like normal cake icing, not the icing for red velvet. That part was very disappointing

I was so disappointed I bought cake for my Mom and sisters and no one has anything good to say. . Honestly the cake texture was grainy and dry and lacked flavor as if Flavoring was left out.

I had been following them on IG for a while now and came to see what the hype was about it. The hype is valid honey. I finished it before I got home. The texture, the flavor, taste,smell everything is in point. Head over there cake slices $5 on Thursday ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I drove 4 hours from South Carolina to try this place and whoa!!! The cake was some of the best we have ever had. Super friendly owner and was a really cool guy to talk with. Outstanding service and definitely worth the drive and will be back !!! Anyone on the fence get off and go by Cakes Like Velvet you WILL NOT regret it for one second.

Finally made it to Cakes like Velvet. The owner was very personable. I got the strawberry crunch cake and the red velvet. The cakes were ok. I did like that they weren’t overly sweet, but the slices were small.

This was the best cake I have had in a very long time. I ordered the 8in blue velvet with pecans and it did not disappoint. It stayed moist and fresh for over 8 days cause that's how long it took me to eat it. I will be ordering from them again in the near future.
