We drove from Kentucky to Florida and went over an hour out of our way to get cami Cakes. As usual the icing is so delicious but we were disappointed at how stale and hard the cupcake itself was. Bleh! We ended up scarping the icing off and just eating that. And tossing the cake part. It had to be frozen and thawed or made several days ago. $6 a piece is steep when they are old.

The service we received was top tier, very sweet lady 11/11 around 1pm. The cupcakes were awful though, the icing tasted almost medicinal. Got the cookie butter and cookie dough and both were horrible, and I'm not a finicky or picky person aside from the fact that I dont like boxed cake, which these definitely were. They were cute though

There was a woman behind the counter, the owner’s daughter, who was really rude. I asked about the different cake flavors, and she kept giving me wrong answers without even checking which cake I was talking about. Then she got on a FaceTime call and completely ignored me. Luckily, another lady who was working there stepped in and helped me out — she was super nice and had way better customer service.

Overall a horrible experience i had today wont ever spend my money here! the lady at the front acknowledged us, but didn’t even greet us and was very rude did nothing but want some cupcakes… nonetheless, the cupcakes were dry and seemed to be OLD!!

I use to love these cupcakes when we lived in Atlanta in 2011- I still rave about them.. but today they just weren’t the same - chocolate was dry like it was sitting for a few days … peach has very little peach flavor… I know if someone gave it to me blindly I wouldn’t know what flavor it was … I have to agree I miss the old Cami cakes .. customer service was amazing!

My coworker just purchased 4 dozen on these cupcakes (assorted flavors) and I had the absolute pleasure of trying the sweet potato one.. I was already blown away by the amazing customer service that the gentleman displayed when we went to get them. Now, the fact that these cupcakes are super fresh and taste AMAZING makes the whole experience a 10/10!!!! I highly recommend Cami Cakes! Keep up the good work.

I am so confused. Cami cakes use to be TOP TIER! Now I feel like I am eating a cake from Walmart. WHY is the CREAM CHEESE frosting, now overly whipped?? They are being cheap. This is NOT Cream cheese on these cup cakes. The cake is DRY now and not as moist as they used to be. I am not about to pay 5 bucks for a cupcake that isnt good. Stop being cheap and give us what we pay for!!!.
