As much as I love their products, this location picks and chooses when they want to be open. Disappointed again.
The cupcakes are OK but if I’m being honest, they used to be much better. The frosting on the Red Velvet is different. Can’t quite put my finger on it but it tastes less rich, like maybe there’s shortening where rich creamy butter used to be. AND, the cake is frequently dry and old—not fresh like they used to be. I don’t love them but my wife still likes the Sweet Potato so I still go every Friday and Sidney helps me. She’s always friendly and very polite and patient. She’s a great asset for a now substandard bakery.
We just left this location and there is a young lady SITTING behind the counter watching us choose what we want. She then proceeds to tell us she is on break. Wait, what???!!!! lol! How are you sitting in plain sight, refusing to service us because you are on break. A group of us just walked off. HORRIBLE service.
Very dry. Don’t get cupcakes here
The lady with the accent was frustrated because the man in purple jacket was giving her a hard time the cupcakes were old mad I spent $20 on old cupcakes she did acknowledge she’ll be with me
I was disappointed in my recent experience at the new location at the Upper Westside. I ordered two cupcakes. When I got home to eat them I realized they were old, not fresh at all. For $4.75 each, customers should be receiving fresh cupcakes daily.
My absolute favorite carrot cupcake. The cream cheese frosting put on top of a moist fresh carrot cake it simply delicious. I have eaten CamiCakes since I first found them years ago in Jacksonville Florida. They are as good today as they were when they started.
Good service. The clerk was nice and friendly.
I bought a cupcake and 2 cake slices yesterday. Something was not right about the frosting on all of them; too much of something was causing it to taste awful, like something else besides frosting. The cake was dried out on the classic cupcake and apple carmel. We didn't taste the key lime cake, only the frosting and it had that same awful taste. Maybe someone should taste test the frosting batches before frosting the cakes.

Cupcakes in Cumberland Mall are not fresh at all. The presentation of the cupcakes was even bad. They were thrown in with no type of organization. Camicakes is not the same as it used to be sadly. Very disappointed.

My family and I are here from tampa riding out hurricane milton across from Cumberland mall..we decided to stroll the mall and came across this cupcake stand cami cupcakes...the cupcakes were sooooo good we had 6 different ones and all were so delicious and the lady working there (forgot her name but she was there around 4 pm on 10/8) was soooooo nice to me and my girls...Great breath of fresh air while were dealing with the stress of the hurricane ??
Terrible! I used to love Cami Cakes in Smyrna. We went today in the mall and I was double charged. The associate was clueless and she called the manager who told dispute it with the bank. The associate remembered double charging me and told the manager. They refused to refund me.
WORST CUPCAKES EVER! Absolutely horrible I got the cinnamon swirl and the caramel apple. The cinnamon swirl was super dried out and tasted old and the caramel apple was just a plain vanilla cupcake with plain cream cheese icing and a dried apple slice on top. There was nothing caramel apple about it. Very disappointed will not be going back.

Should be called "CrummyCakes". These cupcakes are not fresh. They tasted like they are days old. The one person who was working, I think her name was Jule or Julie, was very unfriendly. She wanted me to enter my phone number for future offers but I let her know that I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I love Love Love CamiCake Red Velvet cake, it reminds me of my moms. I will literally get up and drive 16 mins to Cumberland mall to get a slice of cake. However the dark skin older lady with the accent seem like she always have an attitude. Her tone in her voice and the things she say makes me not want to go back. (I wish I knew the time she was working so I can avoid seeing her)However I went there yesterday for $2 Tuesday cupcake. I was about to buy 6 cupcakes. She rung up my order and said the total, I replied “oh I thought it was $2 Tuesday, she said it’s between 2pm-5pm. I said oh ok it’s 1:48pm. Mrs. Ma’-am said, you can wait till 2pm or pay the original price. ?, it was more so her tone. Now it was nobody else in line buying cake. She walked off like I said what I said. She really needs a attitude adjustment, I ended up not buying due to her funky attitude
