Canoe is always fabulous, it's always busy which makes it a fun experience. It's always delicious and the service is always delightful. It's one of those places you can always count on to be a five star experience. It's my favorite lunch spot for meetings or for special occasions.

For a first time in my work career, my job gave me the day off on Good Friday. With great weather, Sandy and I thought we would finally go to Canoe for lunch based on their outdoor seating on the river. The food.and atmosphere blew us away, as did amazing service from Chris Nagel. We will definitely return for dinner!

Parker was our waiter he was amazing. Great service, great information could have had better assistance selecting out foods. The food had a lot of influence from other regions, which was great for the flavor profile of the meal items.We had the samon and kangaroo apps, and the samon by far was the best. For dinner, we have the New york strip and lamb entrees. The New york strip had amazing mash potatoes you have to try, and the lamb sirloin was the best we have ever had. The tom riddle drink had an amazing finish of cinnamon, and the old fashion was great with angels.Great meal. The chef should be proud of his work, great service, the owner should be proud, and we can't wait to come back!Thanks for making my birthday special and tasty!

The food, atmosphere and service was amazing! I couldn't have been more pleased with the selection of food and the quality. I definitely recommend sitting outside to see the river and garden. Our server Stephen was so kind and gave very good advice! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

My husband and I went for our anniversary and were very pleased with everything. I have a gluten allergy which was accommodated for and the server took seriously. Our server's name was Frank. He was super attentive and just all around great. When the staff found out we were celebrating our anniversary everything was geared around that. This was a surprise for me. It was a restaurant I've never heard of and i told my wife i wanted to go somewhere new for my birthday. She said this place came highly recommended by a couple of people. We made no reservations and was seated only afrer about 5-10 mins. The outside of the building looked very nice. As we entered the building you did have canoes inside. Our server was very nice and informative, (Chris). He told us a little history of the establishment. We tried the kangroo on the menu and it was surprisingly good. It was not gamey at all and very flavorful. The scenery from our table was amazing. They even had an outdoor bar by the river, whi h was not opened yet due to the season. We had the special for the day and it was very delicious. Definitely would recommend if you are looking to have a different taste of Atlanta.

Went here with my parents since we couldn't get into Houston's, and Amanda the hostess treated us so kindly! I wish I could name our waitress and the other hostess (Hannah I think?), because they were phenomenal as well. The Rhode Island Sole they had as the special was the cherry on top! So good! Bonus points for the weather being beautiful, we got to enjoy walking around their "backyard" after dinner. Perfect night!
