This was a good rest..last night my food was not cooked spring rolls were breaded rolls notpaperthin and not cooked..my pot stickers were frozen when I cut into..no more take out for me. Sorry the Tangs are gone😠..and you just said a day later to bring back..it is so horrible..I don't want to ever have your food again......

Amazing food! The vegetable stir-fry was fresh and flavorful, the beef with peppers was perfectly seasoned, and the lobster was cooked to perfection. Each dish was delicious and well-prepared. Highly recommend!

The menu is broad without feeling overwhelming, offering everything from familiar staples like fried rice and lo mein to heartier entrées that are consistently well-seasoned and satisfying. Portions are very generous, making it a great value whether you’re dining by yourself or sharing dishes with a group.
They are very consistent; each visit provides the same comforting flavors and quick service. The food comes out hot and fresh and the flavor is not overpowering. It’s the spot to go if you want something dependable and filling.
The atmosphere is casual and cozy, which fits the experience perfectly. Overall, I highly recommend you all to visit this restaurant.

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, but today’s visit will be my last. Since the change in ownership, everything has gone downhill. The food quality has declined, and the staff is no longer friendly.
The spicy garlic pork was the final straw—poor-quality pork overwhelmed by excessive sweetness, resulting in a horrible taste. The squid with black bean sauce was equally disappointing; the squid tasted old and had an unpleasant odor.
These were dishes you could never go wrong with under the previous ownership and chef. I will truly miss the authenticity of the Cantonese cooking.
***I eat Chinese food where Chinese people eat ! It looks like the Chinese customers stop eating at this restaurant. Isn’t that tell you something ?

Agree with the other 1 star reviews around the holidays! We ordered $200+ of food on Christmas Eve via DoorDash. Our DoorDash driver waited for over an hour after it was supposed to be ready and we ended up having to go to the restaurant to try and get the food. Long story short, we never got any food and felt the need to still Venmo our driver for his time spent on Christmas Eve. Once a regular customer and will never return.

Canton Cooks recently went through ownership change it shows. Unfriendly, unattentive front of house and maybe the worst Americanized Chinese food I've had. I only ordered one thing - General Tso's chicken but it was nearly inedible. Tons of fat left on the chunks of chicken and the meat was stringy and dry while the batter remained undercooked in some areas. Pleasant surprise - it was actually spicy compared to most Americanized places/preparations.
Canton Cooks used to be a staple for this neighborhood and reliable. It's hard to believe it's gone this far south with the new ownership. Without exaggerating, the best part of the meal was the fortune cookie.
Freshly cooked, authentic Chinese food in Sandy Springs under new ownership much much better and cleaner give it a try!!
