The worst credit card company in the world! I paid off my balance in full. $0 balance confirmed! They proceeded to close my account and then charged me $51 in "fees" due 1 month after I paid it off in full with a zero balance. I had no idea. They continued to steal from me by charging me a late fee for this fraudulent charge! I spent over 2 hrs trying to get help over the phone, getting transferred 5 times to rude customer service people who did not help me at all. I was told I owe over $80 now?!?! They are scam artists and should be sued! I will join a lawsuit group asap if anyone sues this horrible, awful, greedy company. Count me in!

Capital One Bank tends to give excellent or horrible customer service. I had a checking and savings account. I closed both. I still have one of their credit cards but do not use it. There are just too many times I had to engage with their customer service. They just cannot get their act together. I would not recommend at all.

Anyone who needs a bank please do not go to Capital One 360 they do not have a real bank branch in the state or any major city ga. Customer service is horrendous Their security method is horrendous. They truly don't care customers or service. I have been bank with since 07 and I can't even get customer service support over the phone they keep transferring me to a voicemail. Fraud has been done on my account and they have placed all of my money on hold they told me to call them however they don't answer the phone, i'm disgusted and disappointed. I have 4 accounts with them and I will end any banking them soon. #boycottcaptialone360

One of the worst customer experience on call EVER! I was charge interest even after full statement payment, The gentlemen understood it was an issue but did not had the capability to remove it. Sadly management had the similar answer so I was left with closing an account to never deal with them again.

The one thing I don’t like about capital one is they take for ever to boost your credit score. But they soo quick to lower your credit score if your pass due or a week behind.

Went to the Capital One ATM inside Lenox to deposit MY money and when I was finished, I turned around and there is a female worker staring at me. That is ANNOYING and she watched me walk away while I was zipping my wallet up to tell me that my purse was open. I know lady. What's more annoying is someone watching you using the ATM like you're up to no good. I wouldn't be using the ATM if I didn't have a Capital One account. Also Capital One should open more than one branch in Atlanta so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to Buckhead to feel uncomfortable.

I deposited a check on a Wednesday through the mobile app and they didn’t free any funds till a week later. And it wasn’t even that much I deposited. Just know I closed the account as soon as the money became available. When I called to ask why no one could even answered.

I love this bank I opened my first business credit card !!! And I already have 2 personal credit cards with them for a year now and so far I’ve never have had issues and my credit been going up
