Capital One Café

My experience today was nothing short of a public embarrassment, thanks to an employee named Kevin. He refused to honor the voucher from the bank that the system had clearly processed, without providing any justification whatsoever. When I tried to understand the situation, he was dismissive and created an incredibly awkward scene right in public. His attitude was completely unprofessional and made me feel humiliated.
Thankfully, Britney stepped in. She was helpful, clarified the situation immediately, and ensured the order was processed correctly. Britney genuinely understands customer service.
I sincerely hope Capital One takes this matter seriously. Kevin's behavior was unacceptable, and he desperately needs proper coaching on customer interaction and being a representative for your company. His conduct was a disservice to the brand.

The banking customer service was great, but if this is the quality of food that Capital One Cafe has to offer then they need not to serve food. This sandwich looks nothing like the picture and definitely not worth almost the $11 that I was charged. There was nothing roasted about the sliced luncheon meat they used and it didn’t even taste that great…waste of my money.

My sister and I both ordered a small (8 oz) hot coffee for $4 each. They used a 8-oz cup to fill to the top. It burned my hand to try to pick it up. My sister's hands were burned when trying to put the lid on as coffee spilled over. When I told the server it was impossible to pick up the cup as the hot coffee was filled to the the top, she said this was what we ordered. I told her I am not complaining about the size of the coffee, THE CUP IS TOO SMALL TO HOLD THE COFFEE. NEVER EVER going again

A nice place to take a short break with good caffe in Lenox. It has a quiet place.

I had the best service today at Capital One Café. Jacob helped me open a savings account and checking account that I couldn’t figure out how to do on my own walk me through the whole process with ease. Then after I got some food and coffee at the café, it was great as well.! I recommend. Since I’m one of the banking customers, they even offered me free coffee. 10 stars!

Kev, Star, and Lamyah were fantastic. So hospitable and kind. I didn’t even have a card but was treated with such kindness. Definitely stop in for a warm beverage and a shot of joy to your day.

Adrianna is a very rude person. I sat there today on a call and watched how she spoke to her team then proceeded to turn around and speak to a capital one employee stating “how people wanted to get fired this my store”. I proceeded to watch her talk to theses employees as if she owns them. If these are the type of people you guys are hiring you all need to do better. I will personally be making it my business to contact someone in corporate about this.

If you ordering avocado toast we have zero in common. It’s probably more to park than that the Toast.
