My husband and I had the privilege of dining at Capolinea for the first time this Valentine’s Day, and to say we were blown away would be an understatement. The service was incredible, and the food was absolutely exceptional. We especially enjoyed the Maltagliati con tartufo. The noodles were clearly homemade and perfectly cooked al dente. The sauce was beautifully creamy with just the right amount of truffle. We both agreed it was the most authentic pasta we’ve had in the United States, and it truly reminded us of Italy. The Tricolore salad was another favorite, and we greatly enjoyed the filetto wagyu as well. The desserts were equally impressive and perfectly complemented the courses before them. Capolinea also offers an extensive wine list and a thoughtful selection of spirits, which their talented bartender crafted into beautiful cocktails. Beyond the outstanding food, the service was impeccable. We had the pleasure of being served by Dominique, who was professional, personable, and attentive throughout the evening. Our glasses were never close to empty, and he provided excellent recommendations while answering all of our questions with care. We cannot wait to return. The only regret you’ll leave with is not being able to try more of the incredible dishes in one sitting.
Capolinea was so good I went two nights in a row. The service was flawless both nights. Night one: tricolore salad and those baked potato sticks with Cacio e Pepe sauce. Like a carb-driven dream. Finished with a cannoli! A girl dinner if I ever saw one. Night two, I lost control and ordered half the menu….calamari, bread, crudo, and that squid ink seafood pasta which I definitely enjoyed. Over ordering is my specialty! Zero regrets.

Fantastic service and food. Place has been here two years. Surprised it does not have more reviews. I will definitely be coming back. Also I recommend the ribeye.

We were in town for my wife's convention and ate at Capolinea and it was amazing! We own our own Italian restaurant in Texas, so I know my food! The bolognese was perfection and their wine selection was on point. My wife loved the dessert menu and you have to ask for Litzi....she steered us in the right direction at every point on the menu!

The food, service, and ambience are nothing short of excellent, truly a standout dining experience! The Pollo Arrosto is cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, and their Rye Manhattan was amazing!

Came to this establishment last Sunday after a game at MBS. I had no clue what to expect when entering this beautiful place; but the service, food and drinks exceeded anything I could have ever thought of. Lisa Marie and her staff deliver a top tier experience from entry to exit! I can’t wait until the next home game because I will definitely visit them again! Thank you all again for bringing luxurious customer experiences back to Atl!! 💕

Amazing food amazing atmosphere and 5 star service. This is not your normal restaurant inside of a hotel. Capolinea can stand alone anywhere in the city as a great Italian inspired fine dining experience. The focaccia bread is some of the best I have ever had. And the veal was amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back the next time I am in Atlanta.

For starters we had the calamari and a Margherita pizza — both delicious, simple, and a strong start.
Entrees: one of us went with the roasted chicken (solid choice) and the other with the spaghetti (classic and satisfying).
Drinks: we tried a non-alcoholic rosé and a Negroni — both beautifully balanced.
Dessert: the lemon cake and a scoop of Madagascar vanilla ice cream. Petite portions but flavor-packed.
– They do tableside martinis (did not a chance to try)
– For birthdays, they bring out a mini cake with a “Happy Birthday” insert.
We shared in advance that it was a birthday, but our first seating was dead center of the dining room (a family sitting on one side with their child laid out in the booth, and couples on the other — not exactly birthday energy). After asking, we were moved to a booth near the back which felt more intimate. Big improvement.
Our waitress? Good, but not great. Polite, but lacked the energy and thoroughness we noticed at another table. For example, we didn’t realize the bread service was separate until too late (we had to order it with our meal in which there was no apology for not telling us about it. We heard another waitress at the next table thoroughly going over the menu with her guests) — a detail a stronger intro would’ve covered.
Valet was smooth, the Signia Hotel is vibrant and gorgeous, and parking was validated.
Overall? 3.0/5 — food is worth the trip, ambiance is chic, but service could level up to truly match the overall experience.

A real gem inside the Signia Hotel—a great exception to the general rule about mediocre hotel restaurants. The service was absolutely lovely, and the cocktails were surprisingly well-made and delicious.

Dined here as part of our staycation. Wonderful dinner in a great setting! I started with the Caprese salad and my husband had the tricolore salad and both were good sized portions and delicious. For dinner I had the spaghetti pomodoro, with a side of meatballs. Very good! Dessert was the star of the show in terms of presentation! Recommend dining here if you are downtown Atlanta for any reason.
Dominique was fantastic! Came here when we stayed nearby for a conference. Better than Morton's, Better than Cuts, overall great experience. The martini cart was amazing with the best depth of a martini I've ever had.
