Went and got a 2 piece of fish and fries. Ordered a side of coleslaw...waited 10 mons for my order...only to get home...and the freaking Cole slaw @2.99 is not in my bag! I don't have a bucks to waste...captain d fix it now.

Got takeout at this location today as I have several times within the past year. The service has always been just fine but the food, not so much. Too many times there has been excessive pieces of fish batter in the container, only a piece of a chicken tender, and what looked like 2 teaspoons of cole slaw .Today the chicken tenders were whole, the portion of cole slaw a bit more satisfactory and the food was tasty and presentable. Will continue to patronize this location.

On the evening of 8/6 I ordered 2 piece spicy fish and 2 stuffed crab . It tasted old and left out. Literally terrible. Hopefully I dont get food poisoning from tasting it at all. Never again
We waited in line for about 10 minutes for 2 piece.Fish and some lobster rolls got to the window and still had to wait.And my order was not complete.They left my fries out.Had to wait for those too

I wanted some Captain D's so bad I ordered a four piece fish dinner but I got end up getting three of the two pieces when I tell you I was tired I was hungry I asked for extra tartar sauce I was willing to pay for it But gave me one more but when I tell you I went into my bag and my fish was so black I end up happening to go back twice and the last time they still didn't do my order right I will never return again and the guy who was there was busy worrying about what was going on in my car then fixing my food I don't appreciate that at all it's hard out here and I pay for what I want I didn't ask nobody to give me anything I went to purchase the food and my food was garbage I couldn't even eat it the coleslaw smell sour it was just a mess I didn't appreciate it at all and if I would have kept my receipt I would have wanted my money back but that would have been the third time I would have went up there that day and like I said I was tired but never no more I threw my receipt out with the garbage but I wouldn't recommend no one to go to that one at all I'm talking about hurt my feelings so bad it's like they redrop my fish back in the grease twice instead of making me some fresh fish after I return back gas is not for free then I asked for a couple water because they pulled me on the other side like they was frying me some more fish end up being the same redrop fish ask for some water and they want to charge me I don't get it at all I don't know why we do each other like that but what goes around comes around it probably won't be there for long. Forgot to put this on here the fries when I tell you I had about 6 to 7 fries on my plate it was about 10 the first time for about 6 or 7 the second time after I return is just ridiculous I will never I wouldn't have gave it to my dog... I went through the drive-thru it don't have that as a option

This my second time going to Riverdale location was welcome like all tge staff friendly Food is Good definitely going back ones a week my sea grilled seafood love it God Blessed keeps it clean Good customer service coupons discount and for online orders mine is white grilled fish need little bit season to it and shrimp as well well cook Thnx.

Burnt,old,cold,hard as a brick definitely not edible of course they had an attitude and refused to give me a refund or remake it this is ridiculous Aisha Johnson the name given says my order is too big to remake also told me she was the manager and I can process a refund online from app I hope they get rid of her wow her attitude is disgusting
I went back and recieved the best service from Sam and Demetria very respectful and made sure everything was right please give them a raise they deserve it so because of these 2 I’ll return when they’re at the location so 5/5 to those great employees check out the updated pictures
