This is ridiculous how long the wait is in the drive thru, this happened 01/29/2025 5:25 I had to end up leaving this is ridiculous I have I would never come back here horrified waiting drive-thru for over 20 minutes , I'm not putting up with this crap

This place never opens on time it is 11:17am and they still are not open the team member is just outside walking around on they phone your loosing business and loosing your money on the staff you have running your location this has not been the first time this has happened at least 4 or 5 times I have tried to xome out of a month

It's been awhile since my last visit because of how busy they were, and the lobby was sometimes closed- way after covid. And the mediocre Custer service. I noticed on a Friday night it wasn't busy at all. I was surprised. The customer was none. But the food was good.

Sunday after church my daughter and me and her girls got food from there...I got the 5.99 fish and fish and hush puppies and that food taste like sugar honey ice tea.. Fish taste like it was warm up from Saturday hush puppies heard like they were refried...I am done... Very disappointed never have I went there and had food taste that awful.... And I been going for 24 years....

Good food for the money. I eat there a least one a wk.

Went through drive-up, young lady at window was VERY nice and professional, excellent customer service... The wait was a bit long (I attribute that to the cook). Even though she said napkins and utensils were in the bag, when we got to our destination, which was a park, they were not in the bag. To me, her customer service sort of made up for that but I probably won't be going back because the outside can use an upgrade...

Arrived at 9:15 tonight, the drive thru worker stated, “we have a power problem” then said change her response to say “sorry, we closed”

When I check the hours online, it says this location closes at 10pm, seems as if the night shift doesn’t want to work as always. Do better.

Store dirty, okra was cold, bathroom had no paper towels, cleaning supplies left on bathroom sink with rag. Just an overall dirty restaurant, fingerprints all over entry doors. I'll pass next time and go across the street to wing place.
