This captain D’s the worst ! Stop saying they open at 10:30 cause they don’t ! They never open and when they do it’s when they want to ! Metropolitan and west end captains D the freaking worse literally! Quit false advertising yall time !

I passed by and thought Ahh Captain D’s I haven’t had them in so long I wonder Why🤔…I Ordered The 2 piece Fish and 2 Chicken combo coleslaw and fries with the “lobster “ bites hush puppies $15 only thing that was Mediocre was the Fish planks I couldn’t even eat it am I too Good for Food like this …. The answer is Yes just to keep it clean look at Pic am I tripping?!?

I stopped by this location because I was craving fish. I decided to get fish fries and shrimps. I don't eat ketchup or cocktail sauce so I asked for more than 2 small cups of tater. Cashier said I can only get 2 per order. I offered to pay extra the said no. I asked for a refund. I'm thinking to myself the manager will give me a refund instead making some extra dollars. What business turning down money? Bay breeze it is. I just wanted something quick. Thanks Captain ds for letting me know quick is no longer the way to go. I can only imagine how much business y'all lose.

I'm here for The Sampler and they are out of chicken and wouldn't substitute a fish for chicken since they are out of chicken on the meal! It's not the customers fault that the store manager did not order enough inventory for their store!

Went to this Captain D's on May 31st,2025,my order was mess up, they didn't give me everything I paid for, the food was over cook and not good at all, very disappointed, I spent way to much money here to get this kind of service!!!!!!!!!

The store doesn’t open on time I been waiting since 1030 and now it’s 1052 unacceptable.

Refuse to give my order to DoorDash claims that someone had already picked it up so I ordered it again and came to pick it up myself and they tried to tell me the same thing that it was already picked up refused to make the food they’re just stealing peoples money. I waited at the drive-through window for 20 minutes to speak to someone. They literally waited until 10:05 so they can tell me that all the fryers are already shut down and they cannot make my food
