lol i’m in the drive thru trying to order … at 8:30 .. nobody is taking my order im just talking at the mic , so i think hmm maybe it’s messed up .. let me pull to the window … nobody is there . then i see the workers out front doing tiktok videos ? i wasn’t going to write a review . but when they came back in they had the head set on … so you were intentionally ignoring me . i wouldn’t even have mind waiting if you at least had the decency to hit the button and say hold one moment . Then the manager comes around the corner laughing that they are doing videos . ? i don’t blame the kids . they are kids but be for real . whose in charge here. .

Edit: I went to the website and put in a customer service ticket just before writing this review. The same one the owner asks me to go to in the reply. It's been over a week and I still haven't been contacted about getting a refund.Terrible service and poorly managed. A restaurant full of people who can only bicker instead of getting the food right. I ordered online and still waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me the food wasn't ready and to pull forward. There was already someone waiting and I told the cashier. She told me to pull to the front of the building and park, which I did. And waited even longer before going in and waiting even more before getting told they don't know how to do refunds. I just wanted my money back at that point. The cashier tried to claim she didn't tell me to pull forward but I asked her twice. I now have to call back in the morning and submit an online ticket on their website to get a refund. They still gave me the food, which was cold by then and had none of the sauces I requested. The fries, okra, and jalapeno poppers were under cooked.
