I ordered three of the $5.99 fish and fries. When we finally get our order it looks terrible after sitting in drive thru for nearly 30 minutes at the window. I showed the cashier the food and said I didn’t want if alll I was going to get was a kids meals she proceeds to ask for a small frie and thanked me and did nothing else to try to help my experience. I will not be returning

I've visited this restaurant a few times and today, i was very disappointed. My grilled fish was over cooked and parts were too hard to eat. The rice was old with dry clumps throughout. I ended up throwing it away. But, the coleslaw and broccoli were fresh and very good.

Pleasantly surprised at the fresh food served at this Captain D’s considering how disappointing the food quality is at the Jonesboro and South Cobb Locations. Glad I gave Metropolitan store a try. Just suggest better training for the Order taker....a "Hi, Can I help you?" And a "You're Welcome.." would be great...

The short young lady with the long braids ALWAYS HAS AN ATTITUDE. Mind you I only wanted a bag of ice... Those 10 minutes were spent looking at her with her mouth and as poked out, speaking to drive through customers with an attitude while texting on her phone. It's so said that people in customer service don't keep THE SAME attitude and eagerness to give good SERVICE as they displayed to get the job. The light skinned lady preparing the food welcomed me in even though she was consumed with the orders coming in... SAD SAD SERVICE!!
