This captain D’s the worst ! Stop saying they open at 10:30 cause they don’t ! They never open and when they do it’s when they want to !

This is the best Captain D’s. We’re here every Friday. The service is great. The food tastes so good. The inside is nice and clean. This location never disappoints. Thank you.

I ordered a 3 and 2- piece fish dinner. I was disappointed because it looked like fish but tasted like chicken. I went back and was informed it was swai fish. If the menu changed, so should the signs. I was not pleased nor am i returning to Captain D's.

We are quite frequent visitors of Captain D and it offers a better and healthier option than other fastfood restaurants. There AC system was leaking and construction going on. I could smell moldy smell due to the AC thing. Everyone else was ok with it. People were sitting and eating.

There are dead flies everywhere, and the windows are extremely dirty, the service of the workers is horrible! I completely lost my appetite and corporate will hear of this

I arrived at approximately 9:30 PM intending to use the drive-thru, only to find it unexpectedly closed. I was then advised to place an online order instead. While this was already inconvenient, I went ahead and complied with the request.
However, when I returned to pick up my order, the customer service I received was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff made me feel unwelcome, and the overall tone of the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable. In fact, the experience was so unpleasant that I lost my appetite and no longer felt comfortable eating the food I had just purchased.
This visit fell well below the standard I’ve come to expect from your business, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure your team is better prepared to serve customers respectfully and consistently—especially during late hours when options are limited.

Not sure what it is but this Captain D’s has gone down since years before. Maybe an exterior and interior update and upgrade would surely help. Everyone with newer and brighter uniforms, and bathroom renovation would be great. Then have the right employees at the front counter and drive thru window would truly help. With a runner for drive thru and one for the front counter. Also a hand sanitizer and wash station in front. It’s insane for a cashier to take your order, touch your cash or card, then turn around and prepare your order without washing or sanitizing their hands. And most importantly, teaching them customer service at all times. This is what makes Chick-fil-la so awesome.

Just wanted to leave a quick review. I come to this location a lot. It’s not often you see two black men working a restaurant together and alone. One had dreads working the BOH and one short I think with a fro working the front. I walked in and was greeted immediately. Already that was a difference in service. The one in the back window asked me what he could help with since the shorter one was helping with the drive thru. I told them I had an online order and he asked the name on that order. He fixed my order right away. The shorter one asked me did I want to look at my food before I left and asked what condiments I needed. The service was a 10/10, food was hot and fresh. Leaving a comment so these young men could get the recognition they deserve for their hard work. Thank you.
