I’ve never been treated the way I was treated by this server at Caribou Coffee. She is rude AF, she will literally shut you up with no hesitation. I’m not asking for a tremendous customer service, but a basic one. She doesn’t know what manners means and gets upset with you when she makes your order wrong or when you try to clarify something. The coffee is good but I will not go there ever again because I would not tolerate that type of treatment. And the only reason why I didn’t said anything back to her was because I didn’t wanna create a scene and I also knew it was not gonna make her calm TF up, but it made me pretty upset and I hope they do something about it. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who feels like that. For people like her, this can ruin a business.

First and only time I would come here. Was YELLED at by an employee because I grabbed a straw in the wrong spot. Extremely inappropriate, uncomfortable, and overall there are better ways to handle something/better ways to tell me I was grabbing something in the wrong spot. It was my first time there, so I did not know there were straws around the corner. Unfortunate cause the coffee was fine, but would not want to run into that woman again.

This was a nice experience. My only complaint is that there address is still listed incorrectly in Apple Maps so we couldn't find them the first day. I ordered an iced coffee and it was good. The service was reasonable and I'd go back if I was in the area. It's located underground in the hub food court

The place is relaxed. Local feel of the neighborhood. Good car park. Great coffee. Great place I hadn't previously noticed in the neighborhood. I suppose it's newer, but for a while I might have overlooked it, which is unfortunate because it's great! Their prices, especially with the high quality of their food, are very reasonable. The staff are polite, and the surroundings are clean and comfortable.

Right in the heart of the food court in the Peachtree center surrounded by big hotels and running conferences, I am sure they aren't doing too bad when it comes to customers. Especially since they are in direct competition with Dunkin' Donuts which is in the same food court and is a bit cheaper. The large latte here is the size of the medium latte at DD, which you can get for $2 at DD after 2pm. Between having a better location and many regulars who seem to be local employees I am sure they are not hurtin' for customers.
