Over the last few days in Atlanta I've had an iced latte as well as a hot latte, and my wife had hot chocolate.
The latte was really good. Lovely coffee strength and smooth taste. I liked the hot coffee more but both were great.
The hot chocolate was also good.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this neighborhood Caribou Coffee location for nearly 10 years, so today’s experience was disappointing and out of character. I placed my order through the app as I usually do and realized after the fact that I forgot to add cream cheese to my bagel. I politely asked the associate working if I could get some. She looked up my order and informed me that I hadn’t paid for it, which I understood. I then asked how much it cost, as I wasn’t aware there was an additional charge. Although she gave me the cream cheese, she refused to tell me the price, even after I asked twice, and instead repeatedly emphasized that I didn’t pay for it and should do so next time. I then asked another employee, who didn’t turn around to address me but did provide an approximate price.
The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, especially with long-time customers. I’ve never experienced service like this at this location before, which is why it stood out.
I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

Huge fan of this Caribou. Very close proximity to the park, to grab a coffee then walk. Service is always great, and we've ordered biscuit sandwiches a few times and those have been great. Would actually recommend getting food + coffee here vs. the Flying Biscuit Cafe across the street.

My friend and I stopped in on the way to Piedmont Park and enjoyed our drinks! I got a strawberry refresher with lemonade and my friend tried one of the seasonal caffeinated drinks (can't remember which one).
It's a smaller location but there were still a fair number of seats, and I appreciated the small free parking lot out front (just be aware that it's for current customers only).
I would definitely come back the next time I'm in that corner of Atlanta!

Completely disappointed with this establishment. The service is terrible, and the people operating the parking lot are trying to get you to give them a ticket or a boot so you'll pay them more They claim to be professionals, but the food is of poor quality, to be honest.

Stopped in at pride fest got coffee. Came out had a lock boot on my car cost 75$ dollar to remove by some guy in lot .had recipe but still had to pay . Don't park here.

Update: SHOUTOUT to the coffee dude that helped me fix my error of ordering at the wrong store 💞💞💞💞 I didn't actually sit in this spot buuuuut I DID use the app. I haven't had Caribou since my D.C. days and so I was insanely excited when I saw this place across from an event I was attending. My order was PERFECT and this NEVER EVER happens with any other coffee place. Tastes EXACTLY how I remember 🥰🥰🥰. Talk about nostalgia 🌟!! The app is very accommodating and the rewards are dope!! I may have to make a special trip even after this event is over...🤔
