I want to make it clear this review won’t be about this store, but there’s no where for me to just review the company and I fear this is the only way I’ll get taken care of. I ordered delivery through the caribou app from this location. The order was outsourced with uber and I did not receive my delivery. There was no where on the app or the external uber pop up to report this and get my money back. Caribou said I needed to dispute through uber but uber gives no option to do so and caribou is the one with my money. I tried calling and their customer service is closed for the weekend. This is ridiculous I feel like I was robbed and am being sent though hoops to try to make me give up. The team at the store did their job well and have been helpful and friendly, but there is nothing they could do for me. I don’t know what else to do but dispute the charges on my card. I want my money back and for caribou to have a significantly better system than this. I just can’t believe this is taking up more than an hour now of my day.

I'm from out of town and where I'm from we don't have Caribou! So this was so fun to get to try and get away from all the Starbucks. My Barista was Julie and she was so awesome and knew just what to make for me when I said I liked a STRONG matcha latte. I love floral flavors and they had lavender syrup so I couldnt pass that up. My order was taken quick and efficiently with my preferences catered to and my drink was handed to me very fast as well! The vibe Inside is very cozy. Very lodge/log cabin style inside. Quick little cold snap in Georgia gave me the perfect opportunity to get a nice hot matcha latte. Definitely stop by here and give Caribou some love!
Coffee is really good. Service is great, They get you’re coffee out to you in a fast and timely manner! The only bad thing is that the line did get a bit long, but I personally believe it’s well worth the wait

You’re taking a chance every time you go here wondering if it’ll be good. Completely inconsistent. Sometimes my drink is great! Most of the time it’s 70% cold foam that shrinks down by the time I get home and I’m left with about 9oz of drink. I don’t want to buy a large drink that’s mostly cold foam, what a waste. Sometimes the drink is great, most of the time it has no flavor or is completely bland. For $9 a drink and the baristas asking for a tip, I’d expect it to be better and more consistent. I don’t know why I’d pay $9 or $10 for a bland drink or one that’s mostly cold foam.
