Been a loyal customer of caribou for over 25 years but this location needs training on consistency. Poor quality control. 4/5 visits missed the mark. Do better! Done with this place.

I always make a putt stop when I travel up to Buckhead. Staff is always fast & friendly. Location is clean but busy. Very small inside but they do have outside seating. I prefer them over Starbucks any day! Decent prices & free parking/drive thru service.

Have visited twice first visit coffee was great, second visit bagel was stale. I’m always on the go and need quick options thus didn’t have time to go back for bagel. Nonetheless and most importantly the service is always spectacular. Also a fan of Caribou Coffee in general because it’s what I brew every morning (for my first cup of coffee 😊)

Stopped in for a no frills drip coffee and it was great and very reasonably priced. It wasn’t terribly crowded and a great atmosphere. I haven’t been in Caribou in quite a while but I would be back before going to a pricey coffee spot.

Good strong coffee. A lot of the items have a ton of sugar in them. It's a nice place when it's not crowded. For whatever reasons, the main dining room and sitting area is clotted with inventory- things that are typically in a storage space. This makes the place look cluttered.
Why did you have to close all of your locations outside of Minnesota and Georgia? How I miss Caribou and their Campfire Mocha, so when I saw there was a location mere blocks from where I was staying in Buckhead, I ran down to get me some. The Campfire Mocha was on point – but the store was kind of a disaster with a ton of products out and not put away, really cutting back on the enjoyability of the many tables and lounge areas. Also good to know: they have a drive-thru.

Came back for an edit because my problems were addressed and now I stop by here for breakfast almost every morning before work.
Decent breakfast sandwiches and solid coffee options to get your day moving. Beautiful interior that’s perfect for a coffee date or some pre work day zen.

I've never been to a coffee spot that serves breakfast that can't make modifications to breakfast sandwiches. I don't eat eggs and every single breakfast sandwich has eggs. When I asked for a sandwich with no eggs, I was told they don’t customize any of their sandwiches. The space seemed nice but that was beyond disappointing, it was close to my hotel and I just wanted to grab something easy before hopping back on the road.
