This location used to be awesome, but sadly it has turned into one of the worst coffee shops in the city. It is dirty, the furniture is dated and falling apart. Half of the indoor space is taken by boxes (it looks like they have now placed some kind of a particle to block off the unsightly view). This is a prime location for a nice coffee shop and it is very disappointing that it is being misused like that. At least the baristas are polite and helpful.

I have learned that if the one taking my order/making my coffee is the black dude with glasses, hes just going to make it however he wants and grunt at me. If I see him I usually turn around.

Hit my car outside the drive thru but one of the employees helped me out and gave me half off my order. It was deeply embarrassing for me but they were so nice, great service!

I was there to get a blended drink {berry flavor} and asked for it to be thick in consistency. Not only was my drink made wrong (I was given a strawberry—light pink in color, while berries frozen drink has a darker pink color), the drink was NOT thick. By the time I was at Lenox mall, my drink was watery. I just wanted something to hydrate me while I was walking along Peachtree Rd. I probably won’t come to this location again.

Forgettable experience here. My coffee was bitter. And they had no Stevia. The “chocolate” croissant should be served with a magnifying glass to find the filling. There are better coffee shops. I’ll go elsewhere.

I am now ruined for coffee where I live. In town to visit family and tried it on a whim, in love on first sip! I got the Malted Mocha iced and am going to figure out how to make something similar at home or visit Atlanta more often. Staff was also super nice and friendly, even while dealing with a lot of customers.
