Maybe the employees have never seen a cappuccino before ? It was basically a huge latte with no foam. Like an iced latte with no ice lol.
Love this Caribou in Terminal E near Interfaith Chapel. Gotta have the cold brew and carrot zucchini muffin So great. I passed on the shakers with fruit and coconut milk, obviously healthier than those sugary coffee drinks elsewhere. Great service. This store does not honor the Caribou Rewards perks

Atl E terminal all out brawl between employees cursing threatening to beat each other ass. Went to the back screaming taking about walking up on me throwing things so unprofessional.
People talking about UFC welcome to the ATL, manager screaming at employee on phone saying where you at ??? Yelling at other employee. One cashier trying to stay out of everything.
Finally got a coffee weak to say the least no Caramel flavor. I guess we got coffee and a show today Happy Thanksgiving E terminal. That’s why the bad review

Workers were incredibly rude. Poor service and then got my order wrong, when it was mentioned that it was supposed to be iced and not hot she got even more rude. If you want an $8 water coffee served with bad attitude, then this is your place. If not, then go somewhere else.

$20 for 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants served with raw bacon.

Ordered a mint condition mocha. They gave me some plain latte which tasted more like sweetened milk. Disappointed. It was neither mocha nor any mint flavour in it

Worst Caribou coffee I have ever had. The woman at the cash register was struggling using the register and was unable to place the order right. All I asked for was an XL honey crisp hot press and pointed to it on the advertisement. They had to call me to the counter and ask me if it was hot or cold. Then they gave me a Carmel. It was the worst tasting Caribou coffee I have ever had. At the airport it is not like I can be picky, I am stuck and in a hurry. It did turn me off of Caribou coffee though.

The front desk lady was so nice when I asked them to remake my coffee but the short lady in the back making the coffee? Worst attitude I’ve ever come across in my life. She quite literally won’t acknowledge you.
Also the cappuccino’s there are lattes. Even if you ask them to remake it, it won’t be right, unfortunately. Plus you’ll get a negative attitude that comes with it.

I recently had the misfortune of experiencing the absolute worst service at the Caribou Coffee in Concourse E at Atlanta Airport, and I felt compelled to share my experience.
First off, when I asked the barista if the oat milk for the shaken espresso was gluten-free, she responded with a nonchalant “I don’t know.” Fair enough, but when I requested that she check, I was met with the baffling revelation that they don’t have any labels. Really? In this day and age, this is simply unacceptable for a food and beverage establishment.
When I opted to have the shaken espresso without the oat milk, I was rudely told to choose another type of milk. At this point, I was done. I expressed my dislike for the other milk options, and since regular milk wasn’t available, I declined altogether. The barista then had the audacity to inform me that it wouldn’t be a shaken espresso without milk, as if that were my problem.
So, I settled for a simple espresso with caramel instead. When I finally received my order, it was a sugar bomb that could have easily sent a large horse into a coma. Seriously, who needs that much caramel in a single drink? To make matters worse they filled my cup halfway to make a statement about me refusing the oat milk that could contain gluten.
To top it all off, the fact that this was the ONLY coffee shop in the concourse left me feeling trapped with no alternative options. Overall, my experience at Caribou Coffee was nothing short of miserable. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied, and I certainly won’t be returning to ANY caribou if this is the kind of service they offer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Got latte & classic oatmeal. Oatmeal has no toppings just gave it to me in a cup no bag, napkins, or spoon. Person was rude when I asked. Latte not latte but espresso in tepid milk with bubbles not micro-foam. Espresso tasted like poor bean quality or the machine had not been properly cleaned in a few days. I may have done better with a McCoffe at the clowns outlet next door.

A busy coffee stand at ATL. They don't open until 6 am and the line started several minutes prior. They worked through the line quickly. They have a variety of baked goods too
