I needed a coffee early and this place opened at 6am at the airport before my flight boarded. So I ordered a Carmel Oatmilk latte! I enjoyed every sip.

The turtle mocha was not the best I've had, just ok.

Really great coffee!!! I wish they had more of these where I lived because it’s better than Starbucks!

They don’t offer anything smaller than 12 oz. Latte is too hot.

This location does not accept Caribou gift cards. Opening staff at 6am was friendly.

Caribou is my favorite coffee chain and since I can’t get it everywhere I try to take advantage of it when I’m in an area it’s at. Today I decided to go by this location before my connecting flight and the customer service was so great I just HAD to write a review. Both of the workers, Visa and Ashley, were SO incredibly lovely, attentive, and polite - a rarity nowadays in the service industry. The cashier (Ashley) even gave me 10% off as an apology for them not having oat milk! I’ve never been offered a discount for a product being out of stock before (and they even had a sign displayed stating they were out but I had overlooked it). Their friendly and polite demeanor was much appreciated and these ladies both deserve to be recognized for their amazing hospitality! Plus the coffee was awesome, as always. Thank you, ladies, for making my day - and making an amazing campfire mocha! :)

Wow! They young woman working when I came up was so nice that I forgot what I had come. Genuinely refreshing at an airport food shop... anywhere. Caribou better hold on to her.

The lady taking orders was impatient from the start, didn't want to answer my questions about the drinks, and acted like I was stupid for not knowing the difference between a cold press and crafted press. Then I asked to change my order (before I had actually paid and left the counter) to a crafted press since that seemed to be more what I was looking for. What I received looked nothing like the pictures online (no milk) and cost almost $8. The cashier and the lady making the coffee were making faces at each other, seemingly rolling their eyes - the absolute worst customer service and made me feel terrible. I never take the time to leave reviews but this was such a disappointing way to begin my vacation.

My husband and I go out of our way for Caribou coffee! So being in terminal T, we made the trek over to terminal A for some caribou! All the workers were so nice and our coffees were delicious!
Would have loved to get something here but despite posted signs indicating they opened at 6am, the lady at the counter was still stocking shelves at 6:13am and had not opened for business.

Rude service. Didn't open when posted. Didn't add items to drink as advertised.

They don’t take the Caribou app. Slow. No skim milk. Food looks depressing so I didn’t order any. Actually the whole place just felt depressing.
