Very delicious deli boxed lunches. They (can't recall the delivery man's name) arrived on time. They (Shellie) were very responsive and patient as we changed our menu several times. Everyone thought the food was a hit, for boxed lunches. My only request would be to add the nutrition (sugar amount, sodium, etc) facts to the menu. Food was for a corporate meeting. I'm impressed about the broccoli salad. I usually dislike broccoli but this salad made me enjoy eating my veggies.

Carlyle’s handled the catering for our kids 1st birthday. Chris helped us with the setup and was so friendly and thorough. Food was excellent and fresh. The fried chicken was out of this world and the pasta is the perfect pasta salad recipe. An all around A+ experience and I will definitely use them again.

We had them cater a birthday dinner tonight and wow — everything was amazing! The salmon was cooked perfectly and the Tuscan salad might honestly be one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautiful.
On top of that, the service was unbelievable. Audrey made everything so easy and special. We were blown away and will definitely be using them for all of our future events. Can’t recommend enough!

This catering company uses tree nuts in 99% of their salads. These salads could *easily* be prepared without using nuts. With allergy awareness so prevalent, it's shocking to me that tree nuts are incorporated into catered meals so flippantly. There is often no signage placed beside the dish indicating nuts are even present. Today they provided sweet potato casserole with zero indication on the food card or the menu itself that pecans were present. This is SO NEGLEGENT for any food service company to not disclose use of nuts.

Delicious food at our event at The Carlyle. We did a couple of stations, which allowed for a great flow of guests through the lines. The chicken and salmon were delicious but the wild mushroom risotto stole the show for me and was *chef's kiss*! Would eagerly use Carlyle's Catering again!!

The food was absolutely delicious and highly recommend. Used them for a business meeting.
There were a couple slight issues such as the road being blocked, so the delivery driver was late which is completely out of their control. Still arrived prior to the start of my meeting. It was tight before the meeting guests arrived.
The one issue was I got multiple unsweetened teas when I ordered a mixture. I had to call the rest to get this item redelivered and it was after the start of the meeting.
That’s really the reason I felt I couldn’t give them 5 stars for this order.
I called and emailed the staff to ensure I understood the menu. Overall, very helpful. I plan to use them again for future business orders and maybe personal events.
