First of all the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and the service was amazing. Even though it was extremely busy and understaffed, the staff managed to work together to provide outstanding service throughout our time there. The drinks were well balanced and delicious but expensive even for this restaurant. Now let’s get to the food which is where they lost me….my filet mignon was dry yet DROWNING in a sauce that tasted similar to A1 steak sauce. A dry filet mignon lathered in sauce? How and why? Very disappointing to say the least. The potatoes left much to desire. Nothing special about them and they were also dry. The stars of the meal were the oysters and the greens but overall the food was relatively lackluster especially with a $300 bill. I really enjoyed my time there but the food was not up to par. Menu should really be rethought.

BABeeeeyyyyyyy!! I WAS NOT READTTT!! The ambiance was fire! The service was fire! The decor was fire!!! And the food......wowsers! Mouthwatering Whole Lobster so soft, buttery and seasoned to perfection! Sounds cliche, but it's the absolute truth! And the Blackened Okra - the Chef snapped with that recipe!!! I could return just to order the Blackened Okra and be satisfied, frfr. The Roasted Chicken was perfectly seasoned and fork tender. The Sunchokes, shitake and Chimichurri were a perfect match with it! While every member of the team acknowledged us as they past, Matt, our server was on point!!!
Classy, classy place with excellent leadership in. The ascension of service is felt immediately upon entering!!

What's going out for a date night and caramel looked promising with an upscale atmosphere and menu but what absolutely brought it home was our server India. India's suggestions were absolutely amazing and her smiley bubbly personality is absolutely a factor in us coming back. I'm so thankful for the excellent experience. Would recommend-loved the New York strip and the coctails.

Carmel bills itself as a Calfornia/European fusion restaurant. The decor is pretty and gives you a desert feel. The layout is perfect for influencer videos and it feels like that is the preferred customer profile.
The menu is creative. The fries with caviar and dipping sauces were good. The chicken was EXCELLENT. The scallops were good/promising, but unevenly cooked.
The hosts and servers were really good and friendly.

Took a visit yesterday and I will definitely be back. From the moment I walked in the door til the second I left I had zero complaints. Our service was phenomenal as well as the food. I ordered Redfish, a few side items, and a Lychee Martini. Everything was 10/10 I will definitely be back!
great food, great service, great atmosphere! my new favorite restaurant! although the menu is pretty limited, food quality was amazing and everything tasted wonderful! we got caviar fries, mussels, and lobster 🤍 i love when food tastes good and is also photogenic! the interior of the restaurant was very nice as well! would highly recommend visiting this place

So this place has been one of our first date places when me and my wife started dating and till this still is everything is very elegant, food is delicious and service ten out of ten all day hands down we just recently went for our Valentine's date and once again this place never fails us oh and you would think a place like this would be super expensive not at all after two meals a mocktail and a cocktail our total was only $94 . Thank you so much guys for your service and food will be back again !

Our private event at Carmel yesterday was outstanding! The food was phenomenal and my leftovers today were such a treat. The French toast was unparalleled, it’s reason enough for me to keep coming back. Also highly recommend the shrimp and grits and the tuna tartar, both delicious! Servers inquired about dietary restrictions before our food was served and advised which dishes could be prepared to accommodate such needs. Deangelo and his staff really went above and beyond to make our brunch event successful. India took exceptional care of my table and she was such a joy! Bartender Nif really delivered with the craft cocktails, too. Thank you, Carmel, for serving our group well in every way yesterday. Can’t wait to come back!
