Carrabba's Italian Grill - Airport

I have had consistently good experiences at the Carrabba's in Terminal C at Hartsfield Jackson (ATL), but today's experience was exemplary .

I had a VERY early start today and was in search of breakfast and a mimosa in Terminal C. Carrabba's delivered. The breakfast was delicious - the scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes were top notch! - but they paled in comparison to the service.

They served cold chicken ravioli and then brought it back out after clearly just microwaving it, saying it was new. They should be ashamed and that's saying something for airport food.

Had a late night meal at this Carrabbas and it was a good meal! Close to closing so we got the last of the lasagna and it was delicious. Other items were running out too but the soup was good and the salad was fresh. Not bad at all!

I wish I could do more than 5 stars for service because eating here was a breath of fresh air. We absolutely will be coming back every time we’re in this airport

I'm continuously amazed at how branded restaurants in airports are so terrible with employees. Wait staff for us was rude and seemed to be intentionally disrespectful on timing, questions, and splitting the check (there were two of us traveling, but as work colleagues). Can't prove it, but this really felt racially motivated as she was quite attentive to the other employees of color. I'm not often in the Atlanta airport, but something to be aware of for those visiting this location.

We had the most delightful waiter and our food was hot, fresh and fast. What more could you ask for?
Dorian waited on us promptly and made suggestions that were perfect. I spoke to the manager and let her know how pleased we were either our service. I love seeing someone who loves their job and has a positive attitude. I wish Dorian the best in life!

I ordered from Carrabba's yesterday because I am always pleased with my order. Yesterday I was not at akl pleased. Fist the driver seemed inable to find this massice hotel, I watched him drive aimlessly for some time! I tried to call him but git no answer, eventually the tracking disappeared so I went downstairs and found my order sitting on a side counter.

I was not surprised to discover the food was cold! I was surprised at how cold it was even though I waited over an hour for delivery from the time the order was placed.

With no way to heat it I was really ammoyed but not as annoyed as what I found in the bag! I was concerned when I first lifted the bag because it was extremely light in weight, I was shocked by what was in it, or should I say was Not in it.

There was the equivalent of an icecream scoop of Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and the Soaghetti and the 1 very small meatball did not even cover the nottom of the comtainer, it was dry my guess I got the scraping from the bottom of the lunch pot!

This is one of my favorite restaurants and yes quality of product and service had diminished a lot post pandemic but I never expected this from Carrabba's! Including all tips and fees I spent over $30 on cold, dry food that was not enough to feed a small dog! I am so disappointed in Carrabbas and Door Dash!

Terrible place to eat, you are better off going somewhere else.

If it werent for the nice waitress, this would be a one star review. The pasta tasted like it came from a TV dinner, while the pizza was mediocre. The worst part was the fact that my wife and I's food came out over 10 minutes apart, which led me to pause eating to wait for her. Self inflicted, sure, but by the time I could eat my food was cold.

Extremely overpriced for what you get. Do not recommend.

The service at the bar was fast. The food was piping hot and the service from Sy made the flight delay all good. :)

Waited around, host never came to seat us. We ended up leaving to eat else where. I would understand if it were busy, but barely anyone there. Definitely skip this spot.

Refused service. Family with young child in front of me admonished by staff member for trying to sit down since no one was at reception desk. When I ask to sit at a table employee got upset because she had just cleaned them and decided they were off limits. Asked why she gave that as an option if not available (with an hour still left). She gave me the hand and said to another staff member she wasn’t dealing with this. Other employee flat out refused to sit me anywhere. I walked off. Absolutely do not recommend. I was polite and matter of fact throughout. They on the other hand have problems.

The chicken parm was extremely hard and burnt on the edges. We were not offered bread. We had to ask for it. The waiter was pleasant.

Go see Dorian!!!! He’s the best server, host, person ever! He was super attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick great options and enjoy our time! Thank you Dorian, you are truly what makes this place great.
