We had a great dining experience with our two children. This is a great place to bring your family for good food and ambiance. Taquanna, our server, was an absolute pleasure, attentive and very professional. She was the cherry on top for our dining experience.

Sunday, Feb 16, 2025, this was the worst service I’ve ever received from a Carrabbas restaurant. Sweet tea was ordered with the first waiter to the table, 10 minutes later another waiter (Jordan), said he was going to be our waiter and asked if we wanted drinks. Another 10 minutes passed by before drinks and bread were brought to the table.

We ordered the Valentine’s Special (2 meals for $65). We started with calamari. 30 minutes later, Jordan returned to our table stating that the delay was caused by not having enough calamari thawed from the freezer, instead of returning to the table in 5 minutes and offering us something else. After the first hour passed by, soup/salad was delivered to the table and it seemed like 5 minutes later the entrees were brought out.

Menus and unused wine glasses were never removed from the table. Jordan asked what dessert we wanted, I said Red Velvet cake and he immediately replied with, “We don’t have any, but you can select from any dessert on the menu.” Jordan returned to the table 5-10 minutes later with the check and no dessert. The check should only be brought out when the entire meal has been served/delivered.

Before we left, a table behind us with a couple ladies had Jordan as their server and we heard a completely different personality out of him explaining everything on the menu, mentioned the $10 take home meal, and tried to entertain the ladies by asking for drinks, which were brought out with impressive speed.

I’m not sure I would return to this Carrabbas restaurant again based on the poor service I received. No one from management came by to ask how our meal/service was and I doubt they had one on duty that night.

Waited 30 minutes. No one has come to check on the table. No drinks nothing. The staff keeps looking but did everyone forget customer service? Anyways, finding another Italian spot to eat at.

I realized that they forgot to include my soups and stuffed mushrooms in my bag. After I got home, I should have checked the bag before leaving. I was in a rush and trying to surprise my husband with a nice, romantic Valentine's dinner.
