Lauren was absolutely phenomenal during my visit. Super attentive and personable. Despite a kitchen mix-up, I’d happily go back given the way Lauren handled the situation. If you’re heading to Carrabba’s at Cumberland, ask to be seated with Lauren.

It's always a treat to eat here, as my experience is top notch. The food is all fantastic, and the staff very pleasant! The $10.00 second take home meal they are currently offering is a great deal as well!
Food was fine for chain restaurant. I had low expectations and they met them. Considering how slow they were, our server was relatively unattentive. Atmosphere would’ve been fine if they dim the lights a little bit for dinner time, and didn’t have a table loaded with condiments sitting near us randomly. Draft beer was unavailable, and their bottle selection was one of the worst I’ve ever heard. Maybe get a craft beer or two?
