This place is beautiful, the live music was an amazing and unexpected treat!! Customer service was fantastic, from the moment you walk in until you leave. I was not a fan of one of the dishes we ordered and the manager came over and was extremely kind. I truly appreciated his hospitality, and as I told him all the other dishes and drinks were absolutely prefect!! I look forward to going back.

This is our second time dining here and can't wait to go back. There are so many delicious menu options, we have never been disappointed. We had the carnitas tostadas to start. My husband ordered the steak with potatoes and veggies and it was perfectly seasoned. I had the lobster tacos with the soup and it was also fantastic. Cocktails were delicious. I'm already planning my next visit—I have been told the duck carnitas are amazing so my plan is to try those. Our server was attentive but maybe not the warmest person, that is the only reason for knocking off one star, it didn't really affect our meal at all.

My wife and I were visiting Sandy Springs, GA, and wanted to take our son and his fiancée out to a celebratory dinner. We all wanted it to be Mexican - and it had to be perfect! After researching the available options, and going through hundreds of reviews, we settled on Casi Cielo, and we are So glad we did. Our server was friendly and knew the recipes for our dishes by heart! His pride in Oaxacan cuisine made ordering a fun, exotic adventure. And the food! The Octopus was the most tender and flavourful we had ever tried. The poblano pepper stuffed with duck and shrimp was bursting with complex flavours. The duck mole was exquisite. And the skirt steak? We all agreed it was about the best steak we'd ever had. There was some live music playing, along the lines of Brazilian jazz and sambas, and that, along with the waitstaff, the ambience, and of course the food, made our evening at Casi Cielo one we will long remember!
