We had an excellent experience celebrating out 10-year anniversary at Casi Cielo. The service and food were great, fun drinks, excellent and perfectly cooked food, and the restaurant surprised us with a dessert that had a message of celebration. Don't hesitate to come here, the staff was very accommodating and we had a lot of fun.

We ordered the Che's Tasting menu and two bottles of wine from the Valle de Guadalupe, Baja Mexico and enjoyed every minute of it. The culinary team understands how to work with chiles, salsas and moles as well as how to present and deliver balanced flavors. Every course and dish was delicious and the pace was perfect. Bonus of a kitchen tour ans a nice parting gift - classy touch! Loved their brood selection of mezcals and tequila and very creative cocktails Wait staff is professional and knowledgeable of the menu, just needs a little seasoning in wine service Can't wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Casi Cielo. Smiles greeted us as we entered. Service was excellent with helpful information and suggestions about items on the menu, prompt refilling of water glasses, drinks and chips, etc., and well-timed arrival of various dishes. The flavors of the butternut squash soup were intriguing, unusual and delicious. My meal, Milhojas de Verduras, which our server refereed to as a Mexican lasagne, was an outstanding layered vegetarian dish bursting with garden flavors and just the right amount of gooey Oaxaca cheese. Yummy. All were pleased with our shared appetizers and our main dishes. The care with which our food was prepared, its beautiful presentation and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed to Casi Cielo made for a delightful night.

Although we had been here twice previously, we had our best experience ever. Our server was Morgan and she was delightful and was responsive to all requests as well as making helpful suggestions. She suggested the lobster tacos which were out of this world. She was able to provide a sauce to add extra heat to our meal. We also had the enchiladas, salmon and skirt steak. All were delicious. They even had a special dessert for my son‘s birthday which was without eggs since we had an egg allergy in our group. Morgan made our birthday dinner extra special!!

Casi Cielo is a great place, good location with parking and other nearby attractions. I really like the interior design, not only aesthetically but good spacing between most tables so you can enjoy some privacy. The flavors are 5 star and everything is cooked perfectly. The one complaint I have with this visit is the timing of dishes. We ordered the steak tlayuda, which was incredibly good, but two bites into it, our main course arrived, the pato con mole, also incredibly good. I felt rushed when I wanted to take the time the tlayuda deserved to be savored. Nobody wants to eat cold duck... I will of course go back because the food is so good, and just hope they don't try to rush me through what could be a delightful dining experience.
