The best experience of our trip was looking forward to this restaurant. We had a waitress named Hana who was the absolute best. I looked forward to seeing her chipper face and wide smile. The service was amazing. We were seated immediately for breakfast. They sat us next to the window. We had a view of the Japanese garden and waterfall.I have NOTHING negative to say about this restaurant. The service was f'ing amazing. Food was filling and delicious. Did I mention I never finish all my food but I did at Cassis.Come here for your special morning breakfast experience! The food was just as amazing. We had the breakfast bar and ordered omelets, green juice, real blueberry pancakes and yogurt parfaits. Cappuccino was spot on.

Disingenuous - The service for breakfast was actually amazing especially for a business meeting. However when I asked for the bill they did not give me an itemized receipt. I left 20 % on a large bill and also gave the gentleman another 20 dollars in cash for great service. When I received the itemized version for my business I noticed they already included an 18% tip. Wondering if they do this on purpose. The server never mentioned gratuity was included and it didn’t say it on the non itemized version. Watch out!

They aren't open at 6:30 AM like it says here on Google. They open at 7 AM. They really need to update that. Other than that, this place is great.

During my stay at the Grand Hyatt, I had breakfast at Cassis where they offered a buffet. The spread was typical but comprehensive, featuring breakfast favorites like bacon, sausage, and potatoes, as well as oatmeal and grits. There was also a variety of bread options such as pastries, bagels, and toast, complemented by an assortment of fruits. Beverages included tea, coffee, and juice. While the buffet didn't have standout items, it provided a solid and satisfying breakfast experience.

Room service for the hotel. Easy to schedule via the app. Super good food and delivery was on time.

Breakfast was amazing! And the views are very nice. I had the Mediterranean scramble and my husband the coconut lime pancakes - soo good! He will be returning tomorrow for more!

Having breakfast at Cassis is an amazing experience. The food is outstanding, the ambiance is incredible , and the service... is impeccable! The service is the real reason we keep coming back. Mr. Larry and Mr. Sterling are absolute gems, and are irreplaceable. They deserve a raise and extra time off. If they ever retire, we may not return. They are like family, and we truly love them. They are what make Cassis great!

Solid 4/5 option for breakfast. Staff is really nice and helpful, but just know that it's not the type of place to be in a rush - if you are, get the buffet instead. Everything is always really clean, and the view outside with the waterfall makes for a great selfie area! All the food and drinks always come out as expected. Will be back since it's with my go-to hotel spot for work, so check it out if you're here!

Impressed view… looking forward for Sunday breakfast buffet

I made a business brunch reservation through opentable and the restaurant was closed due to a private event. We had to eat in lobby area instead. They should have not advertised any open reservations

The service is good and the quality of the food is good. My only criticism is that the selection is very limited for a "brunch". This was more of a breakfast. I would certainly return if I was looking for breakfast; not so much so for brunch.

Both of us enjoyed a leisurely morning with a later breakfast. During the weekend they offer also breakfast buffet. Tripadvisor your questions below are once more NOT to the point... they should be altered.

I'm a regular here and the service is very friendly. The offerings are a bit limited but what they do serve is good when you're tired. There are so many other options close by but they do a great job with customer service.

The best breakfast I've had at a Hyatt. I ordered the corned beef brisket hash and my wife got the buttermilk pancakes. Our server was fantastic, both friendly and fast. The breakfast potatoes that come in the hash were delicious. Perfectly crunchy on the outside with fluffy potato on the inside. We came here two more mornings and the service by everyone was incredible.

I was staying in the hotel and came here for breakfast. The service was great but the food was ok. Kind of pricey for what you get, there’s a lot of other highly rated breakfast restaurants in the area
