This lovely hotel restaurant/bar has gotten a bad rap for reasons unknown. It was probably the only place in the area that would take our party of 20 on short notice (maybe the inconsistent reviews helped us there), but it was fantastic, fast, and the service was amazing - thank you Aretha!! I don't normally write reviews, and maybe you don't either... but if you do check this place out, please take the time to write something. Catch 12 is much, much better than the reviews make it seem.

Had such a great experience!! Karla was so nice and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I was dining alone so I appreciated that she gave me enough attention, not overbearing in any way. The drink was especially delicious. The food was good too. They have an open kitchen so you can see the team at work. The music + drink= a vibe!!

Hate to leave a 1 star review but this was honestly the worst meal I’ve had. Poor/slow service, food came out incorrect and WAY over salted, to the point of being inedible. One person in our party had a “unidentifiable” chunk in their salad.
Avoid this place.

The whole experience was bad. We were there for a group dinner/celebration. The place being empty should've been a red flag. We had a preset menu with 2 appetizer choices (only 1 was available), 2 entrees (only was available) and 4 sides. We only received one round of water, the ran out of my entree choice, my side dish came out by itself (before my substitute entree, My fish tasted like grease. I wouldn't recommend this place to a starving dog

Do not come here airport food bar tender from the airport just an awful environment and bar tender was awfully rude . i also came for oysters and was told there was none but wasn't allowed to look at a menu so I'm not sure what the deal was .

One of my worst experiences in a restaurant ever. Place had an unbelievable amount of smoke coming from the kitchen, the drinks were bad, the salmon took more than an hour to be served and was overcooked, the NY steaks came 45 min earlier and our side dishes came in between, when some of us had already finished the steak and others were waiting for the salmon. We were there for 2 hours. Time was absolutely wasted in that place
Looks like a great restaurant from the outside and the inside. When you get in, the front doors would not open, it's almost empty. A Danger Sign! If this was not a business dinner w/ a group all out of the area, I would have left. Very poor service, food was not very good and came out at all different times. We were a party of 6 so I would expect the food to all come out at once - we had ~5 minutes between the first and last plate. Dessert was another joke - they ran out of vanilla ice cream! I would NEVER go back to this place!! On the bill they also gave themselves a 20% tip siting a large group. We were 6 people!! DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!

The food was just okay, but the prices are way too high for what you get. I don’t mind paying for a good meal, but the price here doesn’t match the experience. I’d say skip this place.

We stayed at the 12 hotel and this restaurant is not only convenient because it located in the lobby but they do room service, the staff is amazingly friendly, and helpful we must have eaten at least three times during our stay the alcoholic beverages are soo good. Food is delicious we had salads, chicken sandwich, chicken wings, catfish & collards everything was great!!!! We will definitely visit again

Stayed at the 12 and out of all the restaurants nearby this one was the closest obviously. The food was so so good we ate here 4 times within our 3 night weekend.
All the reviews complain about the lack of ingredients but, the substitutes have to be 10 times better… Asked for a key lime pie and they were out so I asked what else they had and they brought out the tastiest apple and peach pie… All the substitutions are great and they’re there you just have to ask!
The waffles and french toast were so soft and fluffy and the food was served hot and fresh. The chicken from the chicken and waffles had to be the juiciest chicken I’d had. The fruit looked fresh and tasted great and the chicken sausage was delicious.
The 12 Burger was amazing it was super juicy and the onions and bacon were cooked well. The fries were probably the best we had all weekend. They were out of crab dip but the artichoke dip was so yummy.
The staff is lovely and friendly. They were so sweet and attentive.

Stayed at the hotel with my wife for 3 nights, every morning we got breakfast here because the food and staff were amazing. We also tried their dinner and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The staff that night were also really sweet and although they were out of some menu items, our waiter recommended lovely substitutions. Overall a nice and welcoming experience from the staff and food.

We had the spinach and artichoke dip was cold and tasted like powder cheese. I had the teriyaki salmon and my guest had the bourbon shrimp both taste decent, nothing spectacular. Our server who also worked the host desk was helpful.
