The team is fast, patient, and really goes out of their way to make sure everything is fresh and right. The food tastes great every single time. Definitely one of the best CAVA experiences I’ve had!

I always stop by this Cava location (Cumberland) when I am in the area. It stays busy (which is a good sign). On my visit today, I came right before the lunch rush and had no waiting. The team is always fast and friendly. My favorite team member is Leslie. Her energy is unmatched. She is bubbly every time I visit and ready to help with your order. Please keep her on staff….she is the best!
As for food, I usually get a bowl for my entree…with all my favorite toppings. My favorite drink is the cucumber apple mint mixed with lemonade. Stop by….you won’t be disappointed!

First and only time. Afternoon. Not busy. I walk up to the counter ready to order. Guy is looking at his phone. He knows I'm there but does not acknowledge. Looong 30 seconds passes. Finally looks up and says...nothing. Just kind of looks at me. I say are you ready. He says yeah you ready? If I wasn't very hungry and getting someone else's food, I would have walked. This wasn't incompetencw, it was disdain. Never again. Tired of the attitudes in restaurants these days. Another girl finished my order down line. No attitude. Food was pretty good but the portion was Not worth what I paid.

Leslie is SOOOOO great. Her personality is just OUTSTANDING. I absolutely love seeing her and the food and service is incredible.
Grain bowl:lentils not cooked/prepared. They are crunchy like pebbles,arugula was the base,had only 2/3 sprigs The lentils in the bottom of the bowl sound like little pebbles they’re so hard. A cracked tooth could result from trying to consume this meal. I’ve had dinner from other Cavas but this one was an epic fail. I will go to East Cobb even if it’s slightly further out. $28 wasted and no dinner.
