Saturday probably around 2 o’clock, I came into Cava like and I see a young lady crying, trying to talk to her manager. I’m a regular so I know this lady is sweet and good at her job. He was being blatantly rude and dismissing her concerns. I felt so horrible. I wanted to come back there and give the young lady a hug. I can’t believe Cava would let somebody like this run a store really disappointed will never come back to this location. Experience completely turned me off to this Cava .

The food is good, of course, although my rice was a bit crunchy so that hurt my teeth. Staff is friendly. It smells a little funny though, I think they could use a deep clean.
Dietary restrictions: I eat mainly vegan and this place has PLENTY for me that is still flavorful like their dressings and dips which is unusual. Love that.

A rather large light skin man who I believe is the manager was outside smoking. Then proceeds to come inside after smoking smelling terrible and touches food without washing his hands. This is disgusting and I will not be coming back.

The manager, named Keith I believe, is very rude to his employees in front of his customers, and finds it amusing. I was standing in line, and he began belittling a young man, saying he could not do his job. You can tell the young man felt embarrassed.

I’ve been coming to Cava for the past 4 to 5 months and I love it every morning but as of recently with new management, the employee seems so sad and drained every time I come . The new management is not here and I pray the employees are ok.

I ordered online and went to pick up but once i got home i realized my bowl didn’t have any protein on it. I overheard customers mentioning how this location was out of a lot of items so if you were out why not inform the customer so we could substitute items? I also was missing an extra side of crisp pita chips. I probably won’t visit this location again and stick to the one in Smyrna.
