Food was great. Servers were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would eat there again.
The GM Joe hired my wife on June 20th.first day of work June 21. JOE didn’t in the system so he told her go home he would pay her for 4 hr to look for email. He never reply again straight ghosted her.
NEVER, NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!! Their portion sizes are so cheap its pathetic!! $28.00 for 1 Bowl!!!?? My 1st, AND my Absolute LAST time here!! I've never seen such GREED from a food establishment, as this one. Even Chipotle and Piata have better portion control. The scoops they use for hummus and other options is no bigger than a quarter, and then after scooping out the1 scoop, they scrape the scoop on edge of container, and now its half a scoop!! Not even 1 bite!!! I asked if they wouldn't mind a full scoop, they told me it's an extra upcharge!! Seriously?? Are you that hard up for money?? but, I wanted to try this place out! I get down to the protein section, and chose braised Lamb, she takes the tongs and grabs the lamb, then proceeded to tap it against the container again, knocking off half the portion back into the container!! So, I only got 2 bites of the braised lamb in my bowl! I chose to add another protein, which I chose Steak, and was told by the server it was $3.00 extra, not a problem, as I wanted the bowl to be full, so I agreed. The next station with the condiments, I got corn, olives, red peppers, and a couple extras, they said 3 scoops of each was ok, but the spoon they used, was like a baby spoon, or a tea spoon, smaller than average size. I got 3 spoon fulls of each, which added up to maybe 1 Tablespoon. it wasn't much!! EVERY STATION HAD TINY PORTIONS, instead of just doing it correctly!! I understood that avocado was an extra upcharge (Everybody charges extra for avocado), and agreed to it, cause I Love avocado. but, when she spooned out the avocado, she grabbed a half avocado, and only added half of that half to my bowl, I asked her where's the rest?? She said she could add more, but its another upcharge, WHAT??? So, you only get a quarter of an Avocado for upgrading!!!?? cheapskates!!! Sauces weren't a problem, Greek yogurt & something else, I forgot. they drenched the bowl with both, covering all the other ingredients completely! I could hardly see anything else. I also got a small Iced Tea. When I get to the register to pay, she says, that's $28.72..I Just about crapped my pants!! WTF??? I don't like being taken advantage of. almost $30 for 1 person, for Lunch!!?? Your Higher than a heroin addict!! I did give one star cause the food is good, but that's the most Greediest, Selfish company I have ever, ever seen!! RIP OFF!! THEY'RE STRAIGHT THIEVES!!! How dare you!! taking advantage of your customers, by being chintzy, cheap, & Greedy, its already overpriced, but to deliberately scam your customers is not cool!!! Oh, and on top of everything else, I was double-charged for the steak!! Instead of $3.oo like the sign says, I was charged $6.oo!!! You LOST THIS CUSTOMER!!! YOU FAILED AT EVERY LEVEL!! I'll be sharing my experience with everyone I meet!!!!! And letting them all know to Avoid this Corrupt, scandalous establishment. Save your money!! $$$ You can go to any restaurant around, for way less!!! This is coming from a Chef who studied Restaurant Management in school, and knows Portion control, food cost control, inventory & purchasing, menu & food development, sanitation procedures, Human resources, and Nutrition, and how to operate and run a kitchen. Although the food was good, I did eat all of it, cause I was starving, and just paid $28 for Lunch!! But, I don't support CROOKS!!! and that's exactly what this is!! NEVER!! WILL I EVER BE BACK!! I should pay to advertise this review in the local paper, to forewarn everyone in Tyler, TX. to avoid this place, CAVA, like a pandemic!! •
Cava never disappoints! Food is always fresh! And there are plenty of healthy options
I visited the new Cava in Palm Harbor tonight, which I’ve done a few times now and haven’t had any major issues other than long wait times for meals. It’s a busy, new location so I’m more than understanding of this and not usually one to complain but tonight really did it for me. I just paid 15 dollars for a bowl that was ice cold, not to mention not even filled up all the way, and with rock hard rice at the bottom that was clearly not cooked properly. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement, there was clearly a lack of care and attention when handling my order this evening and coming from someone who loves Cava and visits frequently, this location will not be seeing me again. I really hope the staff at this restaurant are able to get it right for other guests like myself because this is just unacceptable.

This is for Cava Baybrook in Webster, Texas. My daughter loves Cava and wanted to treat her sister and I to lunch. We ordered our food and as my daughter is paying I see the woman next to the cashier grab a piece of hair in my food quickly and throw it on the floor. They look at each other when they see I’m watching them. I say to them “I saw that” and the woman who removed the hair shook her head. My daughter asked what was going on and I told her, then I said they were going to serve that to me. Disgusting!! I told my daughter to have them remove my meal and just pay for the other 2. I wonder if this is how they’re trained to handle food related issues or just their own choice to do so. We won’t be dining here again. I’ve posted a picture of the two women who did this in the comments. Their names are Catherine and Yanibel.

Cava Alliance Town Center. Y’all delivered soggy food and no sauces! The manager had no solution since they were closing at 8pm. The meals and the money went to trash. Definitely not recommended and please change your manager or give her some basic customer service courses. :)

I ordered a pickup order and they definitely skimp you on the portion compared to when you order in store, not to mention I selected add a bag and utensils only to watch the employee bring up my order without them. I also used my free promo when ordering online for a free side of the new flavor of pita chips and that wasn’t brought out with my order either. I had to let employee who checks people out know that part of my order was missing and he kindly let another employee know to bring over my missing pita chips. The employees who run the online pickup section need to do better because it seems they just don’t care.

First time visiting CAVA! I was simply amazed by the quality and service i received. Ken the manager was very nice and friendly. His attitude and personality made me smile ? He really showed me love ❤️.
I will be returning back to the restaurant.
