I have been to a Cava in California, Alabama and in Atlanta. All of them were good except Atlanta. To me the lentils were not cooked enough. That made the bowl not as palatable as the other places I visited.

Every time I come to this Cava, Ty is the reason I keep coming back! He’s truly the best — always friendly, patient, and makes my bowl exactly how I like it every single time. You can tell he actually cares about the customer’s experience and takes pride in what he does.
Even on busy days, Ty keeps everything running smoothly with a great attitude and positive energy. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers top-notch service like he does. The food is always delicious, but Ty definitely makes the whole experience even better.
If you stop by this location, look for Ty — he’s the one that makes this Cava stand out from all the rest!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Yes, it was extremely busy, but that’s expected—which is exactly why I ordered ahead of time. I placed my order at 4:17 p.m. and left home right away since it’s about a 20-minute drive.
When I arrived, there was a line for pickup, which I completely understand. However, no one was assisting customers in that line. Another woman waiting mentioned she had been trying to get the staff’s attention for a while with no success. I eventually got the attention of one of the workers, who simply said they were busy. Being busy shouldn’t mean neglecting customers who have already placed and paid for their orders.
To make matters worse, the person preparing the orders seemed irritated and was moving extremely slowly, without even announcing order names. I finally received my food after waiting an additional 15–20 minutes. The most disappointing part was getting home and realizing my order was wrong.

The staff was nice and friendly. This was my first time at this location and the young lady was very patient with me and read off what the bowl I was interested consisted of. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back.
