This is for Cava Baybrook in Webster, Texas.
My daughter loves Cava and wanted to treat her sister and I to lunch. We ordered our food and as my daughter is paying I see the woman next to the cashier grab a piece of hair in my food quickly and throw it on the floor. They look at each other when they see I’m watching them. I say to them “I saw that” and the woman who removed the hair shook her head. My daughter asked what was going on and I told her, then I said they were going to serve that to me. Disgusting!! I told my daughter to have them remove my meal and just pay for the other 2.
I wonder if this is how they’re trained to handle food related issues or just their own choice to do so. We won’t be dining here again.

Cava Alliance Town Center. Y’all delivered soggy food and no sauces! The manager had no solution since they were closing at 8pm. The meals and the money went to trash. Definitely not recommended and please change your manager or give her some basic customer service courses. :)

I love Cava and have really loved the convenience of this location but the quality is going down. Quality of service and food. This time around it took :30 min to get the bowl and my lentils are inedible because they are so hard (raw). The roasted veggies are also mush (cooked too long). Last time, one of the workers was using an old rag to clean up around the food while also filling my bowl…nice people but some improvements are needed.

Food is good but everybody in that mug has a horrible attitude. Phones be out. Energy low. Overall disgusting. Needs better management.

Horrible service every time i come here man, i keep on trying to be patient, first time i came the lentils where hard and dry, teeth was hurting, but yall gotta work on that service man cmon, it’s a better way to represent, i know it’s hard work and yall get busy but don’t take that out on the customers

Thw manager Micharl went up and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Busy location. I come here twice a week. Food is always fresh and they aren't stingy with the portion sizes.
