This location operates as a digital kitchen and catering hub. Interesting concept but honestly works better for me.
I can still get the same Cava food I love, with no wait because I’ve already ordered ahead of time and it’s ready when I get there.
Personally, I love this location because of what it is. If I’m short on time, I can order ahead, walk in, grab my food, and go. No long lines. No uncertainty about how long it will take. And most importantly, my order is consistently made correctly, even though my bowl is not a simple one. That hasn’t always been the case at other locations.
You can eat inside or outside, too. You don't have to take the food to go.
Another thing worth calling out is how clean this location always is. It is consistently spotless. The food stations are organized, the space never looks chaotic, and it’s clear the team takes pride in maintaining a clean restaurant.
If you want the full, traditional Cava experience with in person ordering and customization, there is literally another location about five minutes away by Perimeter or closer to Buckhead.

I am a Uber Driver and Receive a large catering order from this establishment. I had 4 large bags of food and never received any tip from the customer who told me make sure that I received the tip for the order. However, upon checking I never received anything compensation, which leads me to believe this, Cava is taking the tips from the drivers and keeping them for themselves.
I would encourage people to check their catering orders and making sure that the driver not the company is being compensated especially because we have to professionally help set up the catering order to ensure customer satisfaction. This is truly wrong of Cava as a business, and I would suggest obtaining your own catering delivery drivers so Uber Drivers won’t have to go through this in the future.
I had to carry 4 full bags of food to a huge office building and didn’t receive a tip, when the customer literally told me to my face how much they tipped. Very disappointing business practices from Cava and hopefully they won’t screw over drivers moving forward.

Can't go wrong with Cava
I visited Cava for the second time ever and I just so happen to go to a digital kitchen location. I had no idea until I walked in and was greeted by Sherlyn. She quickly explained how the digital kitchen experience works and even helped me order my food. Again this was only my second visit and my first was back in the summer. She was a great help and really sweet!

Great food, but the experience needs work
Cava’s food is genuinely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the overall dining experience falls short:
- Seating: Very limited, which is a real drawback if the weather isn’t ideal. It feels more like a quick pickup spot than a place to enjoy a meal.
- Ordering: Everything is digital—menu and ordering are done via screens. While efficient for solo diners, it’s awkward for two people trying to order together.
- Service: There really isn’t any. It’s a self-service model, so don’t expect traditional hospitality.
- Rewards Program: The biggest frustration was being required to join their rewards program (including email and phone number) just to complete an order. For a quick lunch, that’s a dealbreaker.
- Overall vibe: The setup feels very “DoorDash-style.” If you’re okay with a tech-heavy, self-service approach, you’ll love the food. If you’re looking for a comfortable dine-in experience, this isn’t it.
Bottom line: Amazing flavors, but the lack of seating, mandatory sign-up, and impersonal process make it hard to recommend for a casual lunch.

I’ve been to a few other cavas in Atlanta, but none of them even compared to this one. My food tasted so fresh this time. A special thanks to the manager August for making sure I was taken care of.
