I just came in for a quick stop today, I just ordered 2 cookies and sugar and velvet cake, both were very soft I don't know how fresh they are, but the taste pretty fresh, a nice place to meet or catch up on work, I love the view it provide, they do have snacks, sandwiches and plenty selection of beverages. The workers do an awesome job to keep it tidy and clean. Check them out located in the Omni hotel lobby.

You can't have 'run out' of a food item 5 days in a row at various times (from practically just open to midday). Keep your menu updated.
No insulin friendly milk alternatives.
Having said 'soy milk' 3 times to being asked 'milk or milk alternative' is a great way to start your day.
Watching the coffee being refilled with a bucket as it's made elsewhere was also an unpleasant realization.

Service is super slow. Staying in the hotel, I went when it was busy and when it wasn't....same speed.Cookie was great. Other food not so much. A bit pricey as well.

Great white chocolate mocha coffee, cookies and flat bread pizza! This coffee shop is located in the lobby of the CNN Omni hotel and open until 11pm. Adrian and Felix provided excellent customer service every day during my trip. I highly recommend this coffee shop.

My boyfriend and I recently visited Centennial Grounds in search of a pleasant coffee experience, but sadly, our visit fell far short of expectations. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. We couldn't help but feel like outsiders, receiving unwarranted stares from both staff and other patrons. The discrepancy in treatment became even more evident when we observed how differently we were treated compared to the customers ahead of us. The staff's demeanor towards us was noticeably colder and less accommodating. It's disheartening to be treated with such rudeness in a place that should be known for its hospitality. To add insult to injury, the coffee we ordered was a major letdown. Not only was it overpriced for what we received, but the quality was subpar at best. The bitter, burnt taste was unmistakable, leaving us questioning the freshness of their bean. To make matters worse, it seemed like they were trying to mask the poor quality with an excessive amount of syrup, which only made the experience even more disappointing.Overall, our visit to Centennial Grounds was a regrettable experience. We had hoped for a cozy atmosphere and a decent cup of coffee, but what we got was quite the opposite. We won't be returning, and we certainly can't recommend this establishment to others seeking a pleasant coffee outing.

Nice coffee shop right in the hotel ?
Had an amazing stay at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center. From my arrival to my departure, everything was top notch. The cherry on the top was the valet, Chris, that stayed with me to make sure everything was as I left it with my vehicle. His patient and attention to detail were very reassuring. I'd highly recommend this hotel and staff. AH
I was here for a conference. The layout of the hotel is really confusing. The way the elevator system worked was a huge annoyance. There were many elevator banks and if you went to the wrong one you would not end up where you wanted to go. The room was dated with the bed sagging. I had a problem getting doubled billed and no one at the front desk could help, they kepts saying I needed to call accounting. I never spoke to a person...the accounting dept phone was never answered and none of the messages that I left were returned. It wasn't until I asked to speak to a supervisor after trying to reach accounting for 4 business days that all of a sudden the extra $800 charge mysteriously dissappeared from my statment. The cleaning people only came one day. The second day they came extremely late...like 3:30pm and I asked them to come back in an hour...never saw them again the rest of my 3 night stay. The staff did not look thrilled to work there except for the breakfast staff. They were probably some of the friendliest people I have ever come in contact with. Oh...and parking is $55 a day?!?!?!?!?! Are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and walk two blocks down...awesome parking garage for $20 a day.
Stayed here for a Stray Kids concert this week, trying to show my teen daughter & friend, the "ins & outs" of their first concert experience. Having a minor, unpredictable disability, location was a priority. Stayed in the south tower, and yes, it could use a little sprucing up, but that didn't affect the visit. Minor change in the original room I booked (4 months ago), but they offered two other generous options. Now for the exciting part...the employees were AMAZING! Respectful, polite, competent, & diligent. I have a reasonable level of expectations when I pay for a service, but I do believe in returning the favor in tips, respect, & praise. Everyone from valet, bellhops, front desk, & the concierge, were above expectation! It was a wonderful stay for us! D.J., our concierge, was a blessing!
