Beautiful, delicious coffee shop inside of a very nice hotel on a bustling city street. Great for charging up, people watching, and getting work done with the free wi-fi. I got an iced oat milk latte with cinnamon and honey from the free packets they hand out.
I ordered a chai tea latte, which I purchased with complimentary OMNI voucher, and it was the worst ever. It was without any flavor, just water and foam. How disappointing! It was complimentary, but you still want to have a great product and customer service.
