The cashier was extremely rude to the poor guy in front of me. When he asked for what flavors of wings they had, she huffed and then stomped over to the menu and pointed at them. Food was also pretty bland. Strawberry watermelon lemonade was fire though

I liked it, personally you should try it before completely giving up on it because of the other reviews. Not everyone one has the same opinion about stuff, other reviews say the cashiers had an aditude, I disagree she was fine, the service can change so look at the date of the reviews too and not the same people are working there every time, I guess just keep that in mind next time you see a 2 star rated place.

Probably one of the worst Charleys I have ever been too, got my order wrong twice, Cheesesteak meat was over salted. The staff taking my order was on the phone the whole time. Staff seemed miserable to be there I actually kinda felt bad for them, still the worst service and food ever received at a Charleys.

Well, I tried ordering a Philly cheesesteak here tonight. Turns out they put pickles on their cheesesteaks, which they don’t disclose anywhere on their menu. I’ve never seen pickles on a cheesesteak, so I wasn’t aware I needed to be on guard for it. I saw them making it and was thinking to myself “damn…who the hell ordered extra pickles on their cheesesteak”, and then, of course, they handed it to me.

When I asked for a new sub with bread that wasn’t drenched in pickle juice, the woman working the grill started spouting off to her coworker about how much she “hates people like me” and caused a big scene. She was so dramatic about it that she threw out the whole sub before I could explain I just wanted a new sub roll, then she proceeded to half-cook the remake, didn’t put any condiments on it, wrapped it up hastily, and handed it to me - I guess trying to bait me into speaking up again. I handed it back to the woman working the checkout, and didn’t fight for my money back, but I probably should have. Honestly, you’re better off spending $20 anywhere else in ATL. These folks were awful.

Service was slow and disorganized. Orders were not filled in order. Cheese steak was ok thus two stars for food. My boneless wings were RAW on the inside! I should have barfed the one I ate back up! Had to spit the bite I took of my second piece back out. Very disgusting! (This location is so bad they don’t even list it on their website! Changed food to 1 star as their overall rating needs to go down)

This place isn’t as bad as a lot of reviews make it seem. The sandwich I got was good as long as you temper your expectations that this is airport food and not a five star restaurant. You also WILL have long waits. That’s true across the industry.

Having said that, I am concerned a bit about the cleanliness practices of the place. I sat back at a bar which was the only seat available and the wall was disgusting, highlighting a lack of attention to detail.

Overall not bad for an airport restaurant, but please if you are going to have a dining area, keep it clean.

We got at Charlie’s at 7:50 last night to order and. I was in the line for three minutes and then one of the girls said they are closed, and the person front of us they mixed up her order and they are bunch of young people and very un professional I can't believe this place still open with all of this bad reviews

Waited 20mins for a sandwich, I ordered 6” just meat & cheese. Finally get on my plane to eat it and its tiny sandwich with just meat. To say the least I’m pissed.

I should have trusted the 1 star rating. This is the world's slowest place. It legitimately took me 30 minutes to get a cheese steak. And the worst part? It was trash. These are not even good quality. The meat was burnt, you can't taste the cheese, etc.

My issue is with the service. The cashier (on the receipt it said Moneeca) wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly. I was very polite in placing my order...she didn't even have the courtesy to tell me how much my total was, instead she proceeded to state "you can put your card in". No smile, no effort. And it wasn't even busy at the time (only 3 people in line). I know it's the airport and people can be demanding, but a simple smile and "how can I help you" can go a long way. We have to do better.

They have the most incompetent people working. 14 minutes to take my order, didn't even acknowledged me. Told her, I had a flight to catch. They made someone else's order before me, not sure if it was intentional or not! Had to leave without the food! Worst customer service ever!
