I just got off my flight and had to grab a quick bite. I was walking past the food court and I noticed there were a couple of airport workers in line at this place, so I thought I would jump in behind them. I got a Philly steak with french fries and a coke. the food was prepared quickly, was fresh, and tasted good. Give this place a try.

If I could give zero stars I would. Everything was bad!!! I spent $40 for nasty food and bad service!!! I ordered 2 regular phillys...one chicken one steak, both was dry and tasteless no seasoning at all!!! The cheese fries i ordered had more cheese than fries. I paid $1 extra for strawberry lemonade that was the worst I ever had...how can you mess up lemonade??? At least give me ice in my cup!!! Why would I want to drink hot lemonade?? The cashier was rude and lack customer service skills, and the wait was just uncalled for. I should've went next door and got pizza cause we threw half the food away!!!

As a born and raised Philly who moved to the South, I can honestly testify that NOTHING absolutely nothing has ever come close to a Philly Cheesesteak down here.
The worst customer service EVER. The most inefficient way to take orders and prepare food.

Workers very rude. On phone with attitude @730am. Refuse to take my order, because on phone told me to use kiosk, even though I get employed discount ( Can’t receive through kiosk) … i was simply trying to have breakfast before work🤦🏾♀️

Horrible place! Do not order food here. The staff is rude and they have no idea on how to make food. I waited 30 mins to get a sandwich and I left without it as my plane started boarding.
They mixed up multiple orders and acted like it’s not their job to fix anything.

The cashier was extremely rude to the poor guy in front of me. When he asked for what flavors of wings they had, she huffed and then stomped over to the menu and pointed at them. Food was also pretty bland. Strawberry watermelon lemonade was fire though

I liked it, personally you should try it before completely giving up on it because of the other reviews. Not everyone one has the same opinion about stuff, other reviews say the cashiers had an aditude, I disagree she was fine, the service can change so look at the date of the reviews too and not the same people are working there every time, I guess just keep that in mind next time you see a 2 star rated place.

Probably one of the worst Charleys I have ever been too, got my order wrong twice, Cheesesteak meat was over salted. The staff taking my order was on the phone the whole time. Staff seemed miserable to be there I actually kinda felt bad for them, still the worst service and food ever received at a Charleys.
Well, I tried ordering a Philly cheesesteak here tonight. Turns out they put pickles on their cheesesteaks, which they don’t disclose anywhere on their menu. I’ve never seen pickles on a cheesesteak, so I wasn’t aware I needed to be on guard for it. I saw them making it and was thinking to myself “damn…who the hell ordered extra pickles on their cheesesteak”, and then, of course, they handed it to me.
When I asked for a new sub with bread that wasn’t drenched in pickle juice, the woman working the grill started spouting off to her coworker about how much she “hates people like me” and caused a big scene. She was so dramatic about it that she threw out the whole sub before I could explain I just wanted a new sub roll, then she proceeded to half-cook the remake, didn’t put any condiments on it, wrapped it up hastily, and handed it to me - I guess trying to bait me into speaking up again. I handed it back to the woman working the checkout, and didn’t fight for my money back, but I probably should have. Honestly, you’re better off spending $20 anywhere else in ATL. These folks were awful.

Service was slow and disorganized. Orders were not filled in order. Cheese steak was ok thus two stars for food. My boneless wings were RAW on the inside! I should have barfed the one I ate back up! Had to spit the bite I took of my second piece back out. Very disgusting! (This location is so bad they don’t even list it on their website! Changed food to 1 star as their overall rating needs to go down)

This place isn’t as bad as a lot of reviews make it seem. The sandwich I got was good as long as you temper your expectations that this is airport food and not a five star restaurant. You also WILL have long waits. That’s true across the industry.
Having said that, I am concerned a bit about the cleanliness practices of the place. I sat back at a bar which was the only seat available and the wall was disgusting, highlighting a lack of attention to detail.
Overall not bad for an airport restaurant, but please if you are going to have a dining area, keep it clean.
